Location

The beautiful resort is located on a hill between Sunny Beach and Sveti Vlas, covering approximately 45,000m². It is nestled in stunning nature amidst beautiful green spaces, flower beds, and walking paths. The hotel's own beach section is fine-sanded, and in some areas, natural and rocky (approx. 5 minutes away, shuttle included). The Sunny Beach holiday area, with its many shopping and entertainment facilities, bars, and discos, is about a 10-minute walk away (approx. 700m distance). The city of Nessebar, with its historic old town center (UNESCO World Heritage site), is worth a visit and is only about 7 km away.
The transfer from Burgas Airport to the hotel takes approximately 40 minutes (approx. 30 km).

The extensive hotel complex offers ideal conditions for a wonderful family holiday. The hotel has a total of 328 modern and spacious rooms, spread across a main building and 4 residential buildings (elevators available), a bright and friendly lobby, a reception (24h), a main restaurant (buffet) with a kids' buffet, the à la carte restaurant "Taverna" (included once per stay when booking at least 7 nights), the à la carte restaurant "Green and Grill" (for a fee), a snack bar (included), and a café (for a fee) complete the culinary offerings. In the outdoor area, you will find ample space for sunbathing and relaxing. Shaded arcades invite you to linger. The pool landscape with a separate children's pool and slides offers pure swimming fun. The extensive range of activities for the whole family provides plenty of fun and variety.
Enjoy refreshing swims in one of the 3 outdoor pools (weather permitting) or in the indoor pool. Additionally, the hotel features a slide pool with 3 large water slides, a separate children's water park, and a splash pool. Umbrellas, loungers, and bath towels are included in all sunbathing areas around the pools. The hotel has its own beach area. Loungers, umbrellas, and a shuttle service to the beach are included. A multifunctional sports field and many sports and entertainment activities are available to guests.

The Junior Suites (approx. 30-32 sqm), otherwise equipped like the double rooms, are more spacious and additionally feature a separate lounge area, a double bed, and a sofa bed.

1 Bedroom Apartment without kitchenette

The spacious 1-bedroom apartments without kitchenette (approx. 50-55 sqm), otherwise equipped like the double rooms, have a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living/sleeping area with a double sofa bed, and 1 bathroom with shower/WC.

The 2-bedroom apartments without kitchenette (approx. 65-70 sqm), otherwise equipped like the 1-bedroom apartments, have an additional bedroom (one bedroom with a double bed and one with 2 single beds).

The air-conditioned main restaurant "Main Restaurant" has an outdoor terrace and offers international cuisine in buffet style.
Once per stay (minimum stay of 7 nights), dinner at the à la carte specialty restaurant "Taverna" is included (Bulgarian cuisine, set menu choice, show cooking, reservation required, open approx. 6:30 PM - 10:30 PM, air-conditioned with a pool terrace).
