Location

The popular hotel is located directly on the beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach, separated only by the promenade (awarded the Blue Flag). The lively center of Sunny Beach with many shopping and entertainment opportunities, restaurants, bars, discotheques and shops is just a few minutes' walk away (approx. 700 m). In the immediate vicinity, there is also a supermarket and several small shops. An excursion to the small town of Nessebar (approx. 7km) with its historic old town, narrow alleys and beautiful harbor is always very worthwhile. You can reach the town by bus, taxi or water taxi from the beach. The beautiful resort of Sveti Vlas is approx. 3 km away.
The transfer from Burgas Airport to the hotel takes approximately 40 minutes (approx. 30 km).

The modern and fully air-conditioned 4-star hotel has a total of 254 rooms, spread over 12 floors (the double rooms are completely renovated and the family rooms partially renovated). Further facilities include several elevators, Wi-Fi (included), a spacious and renovated lobby with reception and a lobby bar, a main restaurant with a panoramic terrace and an à la carte restaurant (for a fee). The pool area offers a large pool with an integrated children's pool and a pool bar (seasonal). The pool is shared with the neighboring hotel. Sun terrace, sun loungers and sun umbrellas are included. On the beach, 2 sun loungers and 1 sun umbrella per room are included (subject to availability and only between June 1st and September 30th). Beach towels are available for a deposit.

Double room with side sea view

The double rooms with side sea view (approx. 20-24 m²) are renovated and elegantly designed. They have a shower/WC, toiletries in the bathroom, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, cable TV, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee, but water is included on arrival day), rental safe and a furnished balcony with side sea view (extra bed in the form of a sofa bed/armchair).

The Super Saver Rooms have no balcony, otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms. SSZ

The family rooms with side sea view are partially renovated (approx. 48m²) and consist of two double rooms with an connecting door (the bathrooms have either a bathtub/WC or a shower/WC). FS2

Superior double room with side sea view

The Superior double rooms with side sea view on the upper floors have, apart from the same amenities as the double rooms with side sea view, are located on the 6th floor.
Once per stay (minimum 7 nights) a dinner in the à la carte restaurant is also included exclusively for guests of this room (reservation and subject to availability).

All Inclusive

All Inclusive Plus

All meals are served buffet-style in the main restaurant. The restaurant has a panoramic terrace with sea views.
Breakfast from approx. 7-10 am, lunch from approx. 12-2 pm, and dinner from approx. 6-9 pm. Twice a week, a themed buffet.
The hotel also offers gluten-free options on-site upon consultation with the guests.
For late risers, snacks such as hot dogs, pizza, fries, burgers, and waffles are available on the panoramic terrace from approx. 10-11 am and in the afternoon from approx. 3-5 pm.
Ice cream, fruit, and pastries are also available in the afternoon.
Selected local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks such as water, draft beer, open wines, cocktails, coffee, and tea are available at the lobby bar from approx. 8:30 am to 11 pm (imported spirits and bottled drinks are subject to a charge).
