Location

The popular hotel is located directly on the beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach, separated only by the promenade. The lively center of Sunny Beach with numerous shopping and entertainment facilities, restaurants, bars, discotheques, and shops is just a few minutes' walk away (approx. 700 m). A supermarket and several small shops are also located in the immediate vicinity. An excursion to the small town of Nessebar (approx. 7km) with its historic old town, narrow streets, and beautiful harbor is always highly recommended. You can reach the town by bus, taxi, or water taxi from the beach. The beautiful resort of Sveti Vlas is approximately 3 km away.
The transfer from Burgas Airport to the hotel takes approximately 40 minutes (approx. 30 km).

The modern and fully air-conditioned 4-star hotel has a total of 254 rooms spread over 12 floors (the double rooms are completely renovated and the family rooms are partially renovated). Further facilities include several elevators, Wi-Fi (included), a spacious and renovated lobby with reception and a lobby bar, a main restaurant with a panoramic terrace, and an à la carte restaurant (for a fee). The pool area offers a spacious pool with an integrated children's pool and a pool bar (seasonal). The pool is shared with the neighboring hotel. Sun terrace, sun loungers, and parasols are included. On the beach, 2 sun loungers and 1 parasol per room are included (subject to availability and only between June 1st and September 30th).
Beach towels are available for a deposit.

Accommodation

Double room with side sea view

The renovated double rooms with side sea view (approx. 20-24 m²) are elegantly furnished. They feature a shower/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, cable TV, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee, but water is included on arrival day), rental safe, and a furnished balcony with side sea view (extra bed in the form of a sofa bed/armchair).

The Super Saver rooms have no balcony, but otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms. SSZ

The partially renovated family rooms with side sea view (approx. 48m²) consist of two double rooms with an connecting door (the bathrooms have either a bath/WC or shower/WC). FS2

Superior double room with side sea view

The superior double rooms with side sea view on the upper floors are located on the 6th floor, with otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms with side sea view.
Once per stay (minimum 7 nights) a dinner in the à la carte restaurant is also included exclusively for guests of this room (reservation required and subject to availability).

All meals are served buffet style in the main restaurant. The restaurant features a panoramic terrace with sea view.
Breakfast from approx. 7-10 am, lunch from approx. 12-2 pm, and dinner from approx. 6-9 pm. 2 themed buffets per week.
The hotel also offers gluten-free options on-site after consultation with guests.
For late risers from approx. 10-11 am and in the afternoon from approx. 3-5 pm, snacks such as hot dogs, pizza, french fries, burgers, and waffles are available on the panoramic terrace.
Ice cream, fruit, and pastries are also available in the afternoon.
Selected local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks such as water, draft beer, open wines, cocktails, coffee, and tea are available at the lobby bar from approx. 8:30 am to 11 pm (imported spirits and bottled drinks are subject to a fee).
