Location

The popular hotel is situated directly on the magnificent, gently sloping sandy beach (awarded the Blue Flag), separated only by the promenade. The lively town center of Sunny Beach, with its many shopping and entertainment options, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and shops, is just a few minutes' walk away (approx. 700 m). There is also a supermarket and several small shops in the immediate vicinity. A trip to the small town of Nessebar (approx. 7 km) with its historic old town, narrow alleys, and beautiful harbor is always very rewarding. You can reach the town by bus, taxi, or water taxi from the beach. The beautiful resort of Sveti Vlas is approx. 3 km away.
The transfer from Burgas Airport to the hotel takes approx. 40 minutes (approx. 30 km).

The modern, fully air-conditioned 4-star hotel has a total of 254 rooms spread over 12 floors (the double rooms are completely renovated and the family rooms are partially renovated). Further facilities include several lifts, Wi-Fi (included), a spacious and renovated lobby with reception and a lobby bar, a main restaurant with a panoramic terrace, and an à la carte restaurant (for a fee). The pool area offers a spacious pool with an integrated children's section as well as a pool bar (seasonal). The pool is shared with the neighboring hotel. Sun terrace, sun loungers, and parasols are included. On the beach, 2 sun loungers and 1 parasol per room are included (subject to availability and only in the period from 1.6.-30.9.).
Beach towels are available for a deposit.

Accommodation

Double room side sea view

The double rooms with side sea view (approx. 20-24 m²) are renovated and elegantly designed. They feature a shower/WC, bathroom toiletries, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, cable TV, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee, but water is included on the day of arrival), rental safe, and a furnished balcony with side sea view (extra bed in the form of a sofa bed/armchair).

Super saver room

The super saver rooms have no balcony, otherwise the same equipment as the double rooms (SSZ).

Family room side sea view

The family rooms with side sea view (FS2) are partially renovated (approx. 48m²) and consist of two double rooms with a connecting door (the bathrooms feature either a bath/WC or shower/WC).

Double room Superior side sea view

The superior double rooms with side sea view are located on the 6th floor, otherwise with the same equipment as the double rooms with side sea view.
1x per stay (7-night minimum stay), a dinner in the à la carte restaurant is additionally included for guests of this room (reservation and subject to availability).

All meals are served buffet-style in the main restaurant. The restaurant has a panoramic terrace with sea views.
Breakfast approx. 7:00-10:00, lunch approx. 12:00-14:00, and dinner approx. 18:00-21:00. Theme buffet 2x per week.
The hotel offers gluten-free food on-site upon consultation with guests.
For late risers approx. 10:00-11:00 and in the afternoon approx. 15:00-17:00, snacks such as hot dogs, pizza, french fries, burgers, and waffles are served on the panoramic terrace.
In the afternoon, ice cream, fruit, and pastries are also available.
Selected local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks such as water, draft beer, open wines, cocktails, coffee, and tea at the lobby bar approx. 8:30-23:00 (imported spirits and bottled drinks are for a fee).
