Popular with German guests, this hotel is located just approx. 150 m from the beach. Numerous shopping and entertainment venues as well as restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance. The transfer from Burgas Airport to the hotel takes approx. 40 minutes (approx. 30 km).

Hotel Tiara Beach features 324 modern rooms spread over 6 floors with elevators. All contracted rooms are equipped with a beautiful furnished balcony. Lobby with reception, lobby bar with TV lounge, main restaurant with outdoor terrace and bar. In the outdoor area, there is a pool complex with a mini aquapark, a sun terrace, a pool bar, as well as a quiet area for adults. Sun loungers and parasols are included free of charge at the pool (subject to availability). Pool towels are available for a deposit.

Double room

The modern double rooms (D) on the park side are equipped with a refrigerator, centrally controlled air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, shower/WC, hairdryer, and balcony. Also bookable with sea view (DM), for single use (DE), as a single parent/child room (D), or as a super economy room SSZ (not in a favorable location).
Double rooms Type B have the same facilities as the double rooms but offer limited availability and a special price. (DB)

Family room sea view

The family rooms with sea view are equipped with a living/sleeping area with two sofa beds and a visually separated bedroom with a double bed, telephone, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, safe, mini-refrigerator, 2 bathrooms (one with shower/WC and one with bathtub/WC), hairdryer, and a balcony with sea view. Studio

The studios, also known as junior suites, (approx. 25m²) feature two regular beds, two pull-out sofa beds, a seating area, bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, mini-refrigerator, telephone, and balcony. The studios can also be booked with an optional side sea view for an additional charge. (S12, M2S)

Junior suite (BOJB09)

Features the same facilities as the double rooms with additional sleeping options and is more spacious (JS2). Optionally also bookable with side sea view (J2S).

Super economy room (BOJB09)

These are generally rooms that may differ from standard rooms in location and facilities. Room allocation is at the discretion of the hotelier on-site (SSZ).
