Location

The hotel, popular with German guests, is located only approx. 150 m from the beach. The numerous shopping and entertainment facilities as well as restaurants and bars are quickly reachable on foot. The transfer from Burgas Airport to the hotel takes approx. 40 minutes (approx. 30 km).

The Tiara Beach Hotel has 324 modernly equipped rooms spread across 6 floors with elevators. All contract rooms have a nice, furnished balcony. Reception hall with reception, lobby bar with TV lounge, main restaurant with outdoor terrace and bar. The outdoor area features a pool landscape with a mini aquapark, a sun terrace, a pool bar, and a relaxation area for adults. Sun loungers and parasols are included by the pool. Towels are available for a deposit.

Double room

The modern double rooms (D) are equipped with a refrigerator, central air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, shower/WC, hairdryer, and a balcony. Also available with sea view (DM), for single use, as a single/child room (DE, D1K) or as a super saver room SSZ (not in a favorable location).
Double rooms type B have a limited contingent and special price, with otherwise identical equipment as the double rooms. (DB)

Family room sea view

The family rooms with sea view are equipped with a living/sleeping area with two sofa beds and a visually separated bedroom with a double bed, telephone, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, safe, mini-fridge, 2 bathrooms (one with shower/WC and one with bathtub/WC), hairdryer, and a balcony with sea view. Studio without kitchenette

The studios without kitchenette (approx. 25m²) have two regular beds, two pull-out sofa beds, a seating area, bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, mini-fridge, telephone, and a balcony. The studios are also optionally available with a side sea view for an extra charge. (S12, M2S)

Junior Suite (BOJB09)

In addition to the same amenities as the double rooms, they offer additional sleeping possibilities and are more spacious (JS2). Optionally available with a side sea view (J2S).

Super Saver Room (BOJB09)

These are usually rooms that may differ in location and equipment from the standard rooms. The assignment is at the discretion of the local hotelier (SSZ).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form at the main restaurant.
Breakfast from approx. 7:30 AM - 10 AM, late riser breakfast from approx. 10 AM - 11 AM, lunch from approx. 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM, and dinner from approx. 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM. Ice cream is offered at the main restaurant during meals. Snacks from approx. 2:30 PM - 5 PM and coffee from approx. 4 PM - 6 PM. Local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages from approx. 8 AM to midnight at the designated bars.

Boccia, Scrabble, Billiards, Aerobics, Aqua Aerobics, Gymnastics, Darts, Table Tennis, and Fitness Room.
Aqua Park: daily from approx. 10 AM–2 PM and from approx. 4 PM–6 PM.

Children's program

Daytime animation in the Kids Club (4–12 years old), 7 days a week, from approx. 10 AM–12:30 PM and from approx. 3 PM–5:30 PM. Children's disco and playground.
