The luxurious hotel is situated on the northern edge in a quiet zone of the gently sloping Sunny Beach, offering a relaxed and refined atmosphere. The town center with its shopping and entertainment venues is approximately 2 km away. There are regular local bus connections. The transfer from Burgas Airport to the hotel takes approximately 40 minutes (approx. 30 km).

The elegantly furnished Helena Sands Hotel is located together with the 4-star sister hotel Helena Park in a lovingly maintained garden area and features 194 rooms across 8 floors. The hotel includes a lobby with reception, elevators, a main restaurant with a terrace, a beautifully situated seafood à la carte restaurant, and a bar. In the modern outdoor area, there is a spacious swimming pool (and separate children's pool) with a pool and snack bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and beach (subject to availability).

Double Room

The double rooms are modern and tastefully furnished, featuring bath/WC, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), safe, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony. Also bookable for single occupancy for an additional charge.

Double Room Sea View

The double rooms with sea view offer the same facilities as the double rooms, with the addition of a sea view. (DM, DMM*) Also bookable for single occupancy for an additional charge (DEM).

The suites (approx. 75 m²) offer the same facilities as the junior suites, but are even more spacious and consist of a living/sleeping room and a separate bedroom, and additionally have a sofa bed in the living room; bathrobes included. (S2)

Duplex Suite

Equipped like the suites, but as a maisonette with a Jacuzzi in the bathroom on the upper floor. With an area of approx. 80 m², these duplex suites offer plenty of space on two levels and feature a living room and a bedroom. Further equipment is identical to that of the suites. Additionally includes a bathtub with hydromassage jets and bathrobes in the room. (S2X)

Half Board Plus

Breakfast and dinner in buffet style. Breakfast with coffee/tea, water, juice, and other hot drinks.
For dinner, one drink per person is included: a glass of water, a glass of soft drink, a glass of beer, or a glass of wine.
