Location

The luxurious hotel is located on the northern edge in the quiet zone of the gently sloping Sunny Beach, offering a relaxed and well-kept ambiance. The town center with shopping and entertainment facilities is about 2 km away. There are regular public transport connections. The transfer from Burgas Airport to the hotel takes approximately 40 minutes (approx. 30 km).

The elegantly furnished Hotel Helena Sands is located together with the 4-star sister hotel Helena Park in a lovingly maintained garden and has 194 rooms on 8 floors. The hotel includes a lobby with reception, elevators, a main restaurant with terrace, a dreamily situated seafood à la carte restaurant, and a bar. In the modern outdoor area, there is a spacious swimming pool (and separate children's pool) with a pool and snack bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach (subject to availability).

Double room

The double rooms are modern and tastefully furnished with bath/WC, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), safe, minibar (for a fee), and balcony. Also available for single use at an extra charge.

Double room sea view

The double rooms with sea view offer, with otherwise identical equipment to the double rooms, an additional sea view. Also available for single use at an extra charge (DEM).

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites, with otherwise identical equipment to the double rooms, are somewhat more spacious and additionally have a seating area with a visually separated living area and are equipped with bathrobes.

Suite

The Suites (approx. 75 sq m) are, with otherwise identical equipment to the Junior Suites, even more spacious and consist of a living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom, and additionally have a sofa bed in the living room. Bathrobe

Suite Duplex

Are equipped like the Suites, but as maisonettes and with a Jacuzzi in the bathroom on the upper floor. With an area of approx. 80 sq m, these duplex suites offer plenty of space over two levels and have a living room and a bedroom. The further equipment is identical to that of the suites. Additionally, bathtub with hydromassage jets, bathrobes in the room.

Sports included

Fitness room, table tennis, gymnastics, basketball, and beach volleyball.

Sports for a fee

Tennis (also with floodlights), billiards, bicycle rental (in town), and various water sports on the beach (local providers).

Children's program

Children's animation 6 days/week for children aged 4-12 in the sister hotel Helena Park on the same property.
