Location

The modern holiday complex is situated on a vast area with gigantic pools and water slides directly on the fine sandy beach between the towns of Pomorie and Aheloy, which can be reached in a few minutes by taxi. The hotel is only approx. 20 km from Burgas Airport, and Sunny Beach and Nessebar are only about 10 km away. The transfer from Burgas Airport to the hotel takes approx. 20 minutes.

The luxurious hotel has 426 rooms, which are modernly and high-quality furnished and spread over 6 floors. In the stylish reception hall, you will find a reception, seating areas and a lobby bar. The natural building materials integrated into every detail contribute to a harmonious atmosphere. Further facilities include a main restaurant with a terrace, 3 à la carte restaurants (Bulgarian, Asian and Mediterranean), a bistro bar, a pool bar, a beach bar, a cocktail bar and a snack bar. The hotel has several pools, including the main pool, the semi-Olympic pool, the adult & infinity pool, the lagoon pool, the children's pool and the indoor pool (open in April, May and October and depending on the weather). An aqua park with 4 slides for adults, 3 slides for children, the "Splash Park" invites you to have fun in the water (open from approx. 1.6.-15.9.). Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pools and on the beach.

The Double Rooms Sea View (approx. 36 sqm) are located on the 2nd-6th floor and are very spacious. All rooms are newly and modernly furnished, decorated with impressive interior design, and equipped with a double bed, a single bed, an armchair, a shower/WC, a safe (included), a minibar (daily refilled with water, non-alcoholic drinks, beer and chocolate bars included), a telephone, a coffee/tea set, air conditioning, and a large balcony (approx. 10 sqm) with a sea view (DM).

The Family Rooms Sea View (approx. 48 sqm) are exclusively bookable through schauinsland-reisen and, with otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, feature a sleeping area with a double bed and a separate bedroom with two single beds and only one bathroom (FM2).
The Family Rooms with partial sea view (FS2) consist of two double rooms with a connecting door (two bathrooms and two balconies).

Maisonette Room Sea View

The Maisonette Rooms Sea View (approx. 95 sqm) are located on the 5th floor and, with otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, have two levels. The lower level features a bedroom with a single bed, shower/WC, and a living area with a dining corner. The upper level contains the master bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower/WC, and 2 balconies with panoramic sea views (4M).

The Junior Suites Sea View (approx. 43 sqm) are located on the 2nd-6th floor and, with the same amenities as the Double Rooms Sea View, are slightly more spacious and additionally feature two sofa beds (J2M).

The Double Rooms Partial Sea View (approx. 36 sqm) are located on the 2nd-6th floor and are equipped like the Double Rooms Sea View, but have a partial sea view and are equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed (for the 3rd + 4th person) (DMS).
Also available for single use (DES) or as Single + Child (D1S) for an extra charge.

Lagoon Double Room

The Lagoon Double Rooms (approx. 44 sqm) are located on the 1st floor and, with otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, feature direct access to the shared pool from the spacious balcony terrace with a partial sea view. For safety reasons, children are only allowed from the age of 7 (LD2).
Also bookable as Lagoon Double Room Type I (LDP), these rooms are exclusively bookable through schauinsland-reisen and have a limited contingent and a special price.

Premium Double Room Sea View

The Premium Double Rooms Sea View (approx. 44 sqm), with otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, have a particularly beautiful sea view (PDM). Also bookable with partial sea view on the 1st floor (PSM).

Super Saver Room

The Super Saver Rooms (approx. 36 sqm), with otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, have a garden view and are located on the 2nd-6th floor (SSZ).

Double Room Signature Sea View

The Double Rooms Signature Sea View (approx. 35 sqm) are, with otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, located in the front wing of the hotel, are modernly furnished and equipped with a king-size bed, an open-plan bathroom (view of the Black Sea from the bathtub) and a separate shower/WC. All rooms have an impressive frontal sea view (SDM).

Double Room Comfort Partial Sea View

The Double Rooms Comfort Partial Sea View (DSC) are exclusively bookable through schauinsland-reisen and are equipped like the Double Rooms Partial Sea View (DMS), but can only be booked for a minimum stay of 7 nights and include the following additional services:
