The modern resort is situated on an expansive property with gigantic pools and water slides, located directly on the fine sandy beach between the towns of Pomorie and Aheloy, which can be reached in a few minutes by taxi. The hotel is only approx. 20 km away from Burgas Airport, and it is only approx. 10 km to Sunny Beach and Nessebar. The transfer from Burgas Airport to the hotel takes approx. 20 minutes.

The luxurious hotel has 426 rooms that are modern and high-quality furnished, spread across 6 floors. In the stylish lobby, you will find a reception, seating areas, and a lobby bar. The natural building materials integrated into every detail contribute to a harmonious atmosphere. Other facilities include a main restaurant with a terrace, 3 à-la-carte restaurants (Bulgarian, Asian, and Mediterranean), a bistro bar, a pool bar, a beach bar, a cocktail bar, and a snack bar. The hotel has several pools, including the main pool, the semi-Olympic pool, the adult & infinity pool, the lagoon pool, the children's pool, as well as an indoor pool (open in April, May, and October, weather permitting). An aqua park with 4 slides for adults and 3 slides for children in the "Splash Park" invites you to water fun (open approx. from June 1st to September 15th). Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pools and on the beach.

The double rooms with sea view (approx. 36 m²) are located on the 2nd–6th floors and are very spacious. All rooms are newly and modernly furnished, decorated with impressive interior design, and equipped with a double bed, single bed, armchair, shower/WC, safe (included), minibar (daily replenishment with water, non-alcoholic drinks, beer, and chocolate bars included), telephone, coffee/tea set, air conditioning, and a large balcony (approx. 10 m²) with sea view (DM).
(Additionally bookable under BOJB01 with DM/DMA as well as Superior rooms, which correspond to standard rooms (DMU/DIM). Also bookable without sea view (DAS/DSE/1DS).

Family room sea view

The family rooms with sea view (approx. 48 m²) are exclusively bookable at Schauinsland-Reisen and feature, with otherwise similar equipment to the double rooms, a bedroom with a double bed as well as an additional bedroom with two single beds and have only one bathroom (FM2).
The family rooms with side sea view (FS2) consist of two double rooms with a connecting door (two bathrooms and two balconies).

Maisonette sea view

The maisonette sea view rooms (approx. 95 m²) are located on the 5th floor and feature, with otherwise similar equipment to the double rooms, two levels. In the lower area, there is a bedroom with a single bed, shower/WC, and a living area with a dining corner; in the upper area, there is the master bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower/WC, and 2 balconies with panoramic sea view (4M).

Junior suite sea view

The junior suites with sea view (approx. 43 m²) are located on the 2nd–6th floors and are, with the same equipment as the double rooms with sea view, somewhat more spacious and additionally feature two sofa beds (J2M).

Double room side sea view

The double rooms with side sea view (approx. 36 m²) are located on the 2nd–6th floors and are equipped like the double rooms with sea view, but have a side sea view and are furnished with a double bed and a sofa bed (for 3rd + 4th person) (DMS).
Also bookable for single use (DES) or as Single+Child (D1S) for an additional charge.
(Additionally bookable under BOJB01 as 2SK/DES/D1S as well as Superior rooms, which correspond to standard rooms (D2S/AQ2/1SD/S1S).

Lagoon double room

The lagoon double rooms (approx. 44 m²) are located on the 1st floor and feature, with otherwise similar equipment to the double rooms, direct access to the sharing pool from the spacious balcony terrace with side sea view. For safety reasons, the accommodation of children is only recommended from 7 years of age (LD2).
Also bookable as Lagoon double room Type I (LDP); these rooms are exclusively bookable at Schauinsland-Reisen and have limited availability and a special price.
(Additionally bookable under BOJB01 as double room swim up (SWD).)
Please note that these rooms have direct access to the sharing pool and there is no lifeguard at this pool.
When booking with children or non-swimmers, guests are responsible for supervision themselves.

Premium double room sea view

The premium double rooms with sea view (approx. 44 m²) have, with otherwise similar equipment to the double rooms, a particularly beautiful sea view (PDM). Also bookable with side sea view on the 1st floor (PSM).
(Additionally bookable under BOJB01 as 2PM. Optionally without sea view (PDZ) or with view of the fountain facilities (P2I)).

Super saver room

The super saver rooms (approx. 36 m²) have, with otherwise similar equipment to the double rooms, garden view and are located on the 2nd–6th floors (SSZ).

Double room signature sea view

The double rooms signature with sea view (approx. 35 m²) are, with otherwise similar equipment to the double rooms, located in the front wing of the hotel, are modernly furnished, and equipped with a king-size bed, an open bathroom (view of the Black Sea from the bathtub), and a separate shower/WC. All rooms have an impressive frontal sea view (SDM).

Double room comfort side sea view

The double rooms comfort with side sea view (DSC) are exclusively bookable at Schauinsland-Reisen and are equipped like the double rooms with side sea view (DMS), but they can only be booked for a minimum stay of 7 nights and include the following additional services:
- Two visits to one of the à-la-carte restaurants (reservation required)
- A 20-minute massage per person (reservation required)
- Bathrobes

Beachfront private pool villa

The comfortable Beachfront Junior Suites are located on the 1st floor and feature a balcony with a panoramic view, a cozy king-size bed, and furniture in soft and warm tones (BFA).
