The latest product from the renowned and popular HVD Group leaves no holiday wish unfulfilled. The luxurious hotel with 635 rooms impresses with its impressive architecture. Spread over a total area of approx. 120,000 m², it offers all the amenities for an unforgettable holiday. In addition to a large and elegant lobby with a lobby bar and the main restaurant, the hotel also offers a fine-dining restaurant, "Belinda" (June to the beginning of September), the Beach Club (an à-la-carte Mediterranean restaurant in the evening with reservation, open from June to the beginning of September), a snack bar (an à-la-carte Turkish restaurant in the evening), a patisserie and various bars. The outdoor area features three freshwater swimming pools and two children's pools with water slides. Numerous terraces and green areas invite you to relax, refresh and unwind. Further facilities include an indoor pool with a separate children's pool, a wellness area and a fitness centre. Evening entertainment takes place in the amphitheatre, where another bar ensures the guests' comfort. For the younger guests, there is a kids' club, and the very little ones are well looked after in the baby club. Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool and on the beach.

Accommodation

Double room, land side

The double rooms on the land side (approx. 40 m²) are tastefully furnished with high-quality furniture, two single beds, a double sofa bed, a spacious bathroom with shower/WC, minibar (daily refill with mineral water, beer, wine, soft drinks, chips and sweets included), a safe (included), air conditioning (centrally controlled), Wi-Fi (included), coffee/tea making facilities and a balcony or terrace on the land side (DL). Rooms with sea view (DM) or side sea view (DMS) can be booked at an extra charge. Also available for single occupancy (DEL) or as a single-parent/child room (D1K).

The family rooms consist of two double rooms on the land side (see double room land side for equipment) with a connecting door (DF2).

Deluxe Suite Beachfront

The Deluxe Suites Beachfront (approx. 80 m²), which are exclusively under contract with Schauinsland-Reisen, are also tastefully and modernly furnished and feature a bedroom with a double bed, a separate living room with a sleeping possibility (couch or armchair), 2 bathrooms with shower/WC, cosmetic products, air conditioning (centrally controlled), coffee/tea making facilities and a balcony with a direct sea view and a breathtaking location directly on the beach (BSD).

Beachfront Lagoon Villa

The Beachfront Lagoon Villa is a two-storey family suite (approx. 130 m²) with air conditioning (centrally controlled), a living room, two bedrooms (1x double bed, 2x single beds), two bathrooms with shower/WC, a balcony with pool view and a terrace with direct access to the separate sharing pool (for safety reasons, accommodation with children is only permitted from age 6 and the duty of supervision is the responsibility of the guests, as there is no lifeguard on site) (BLV).
Please note that your booked room has direct access to the sharing pool and there is no dedicated lifeguard there.
When booking with children or non-swimmers, you are responsible for supervision yourself.

Exclusively with Schauinsland-Reisen is the preferred location in the immediate vicinity of the beach.

Beachfront River Villa

The Beachfront River Villa is a two-storey family suite (approx. 130 m²) with garden view, which, apart from having the same equipment as the Beachfront Lagoon Villa, has no access to the sharing pool. Guests of the Beachfront River Villa have access to a separate premium beach area with parasols and sun loungers as well as a drinks service (VRB).
Exclusively with Schauinsland-Reisen is the preferred location in the immediate vicinity of the beach.

Super Saver Room

Have the same equipment as the double rooms but have a limited contingent and a special price (SSZ).

Apartment 1 bedroom (without kitchenette)

The apartments with 1 bedroom without kitchenette (approx. 80 m²) are also tastefully and modernly furnished and have a living/bedroom with a sleeping possibility (couch or armchair), a separate bedroom with a double bed, 2 bathrooms with shower/WC, cosmetic products, air conditioning (centrally controlled), coffee/tea making facilities and a balcony on the land side (A12).

Suite (BOJB02, from summer 2026)

The spacious and modernly furnished suite with park view consists of a bedroom with a king-size bed and a separate living area with a double sofa bed as well as a bathroom with shower/WC. Furthermore, there is an electric kettle, minibar (free of charge), balcony, internet, safe, capsule coffee machine (free of charge) and satellite TV with local channels as well as centrally controlled air conditioning (approx. 80m², S2). Optionally bookable with sea view (S2M).

Diverse buffet with cold appetizers and wine glasses in a modern setting.

Ultra All Inclusive

The main buffet restaurant is located in the main building next to the reception.
Breakfast (approx. 7:30–10 a.m.), lunch (approx. 12:30–2 p.m.) and dinner (approx. 6–9 p.m.). Weekly theme nights and children's buffet.
Midnight snack at the lobby bar (approx. 9 p.m.–1 a.m.).
