Location

The newest product from the renowned and popular HVD group leaves no holiday wish unfulfilled. It is located directly on the beautiful, kilometer-long, fine-sand beach of Obzor, which slopes gently into the sea, and features its own private beach section. The historic town center of Obzor is about 1 km away and invites guests to stroll, shop, and linger. Cozy cafés, restaurants, and bars impress with their hospitality. Varna and Burgas airports are approximately 60-70 km away. The transfer time is about 75 minutes.

This luxurious hotel with 635 rooms captivates with its impressive architecture. Spread over a total area of approximately 120,000 m², it offers every amenity needed for an unforgettable holiday. In addition to a large and elegant lobby with a lobby bar and the main restaurant, the hotel also offers a fine-dining restaurant, "Belinda" (June to early September), the Beach Club (an à-la-carte Mediterranean restaurant in the evening with reservation, open from June to early September), a snack bar (an à-la-carte Turkish restaurant in the evening), a patisserie, and various bars. The outdoor area features three freshwater swimming pools and two children's pools with waterslides. Numerous terraces and green areas invite guests to relax, refresh, and unwind. Further facilities include an indoor pool with a separate children's section, a wellness area, and a fitness center. Evening entertainment takes place in the amphitheater, where an additional bar ensures the guests' well-being. For younger guests, there is a kids' club, and the very youngest are well looked after in the baby club. Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool and on the beach.

Double Room Landside

The landside double rooms (approx. 40 m²) are tastefully furnished with high-quality furniture, two single beds, a double sofa bed, a spacious bathroom with shower/WC, minibar (daily refill with mineral water, beer, wine, soft drinks, chips, and sweets included), a safe (included), air conditioning (centrally controlled), Wi-Fi (included), a coffee/tea maker, and a balcony or terrace facing the land (DL). Rooms with a sea view (DM) or side sea view (DMS) are available for an extra charge. Also bookable for single occupancy (DEL) or as a single/child room (D1K).

The family rooms consist of two landside double rooms (for amenities, see landside double room) with a connecting door (DF2).

Deluxe Suite Beachfront

The Deluxe Suites Beachfront (approx. 80 m²), which are exclusively under contract with Schauinsland-Reisen, are also tastefully and modernly furnished and feature a bedroom with a double bed, a separate living room with a sleeping option (couch or armchair), 2 bathrooms with shower/WC, toiletries, air conditioning (centrally controlled), coffee/tea maker, and a balcony with a direct sea view and a breathtaking location right by the beach (BSD).

Beachfront Lagoon Villa

The Beachfront Lagoon Villa is a two-story family suite (approx. 130 m²) with air conditioning (centrally controlled), a living room, two bedrooms (1x double bed, 2x single beds), two bathrooms with shower/WC, a balcony with pool view, and a terrace with direct access to the separate sharing pool (for safety reasons, accommodation with children under 6 years is not recommended) (BLV).
Please note that the booked room has direct access to the sharing pool and there is no dedicated lifeguard on duty there. When traveling with children or non-swimmers, guests are responsible for their own supervision.

Exclusively with Schauinsland-Reisen is the preferred location in the immediate vicinity of the beach.
(From summer 2026, additionally bookable under BOJB02 as Villa Swim-Up Pool, 2IO).

Beachfront River Villa

The Beachfront River Villa is a two-story family suite (approx. 130 m²) with garden view, which, apart from otherwise similar equipment to the Beachfront Lagoon Villa, does not have access to the sharing pool. Guests of the Beachfront River Villa have access to a separate premium beach area with parasols and sun loungers as well as a drink service (VRB).
Exclusively with Schauinsland-Reisen is the preferred location in the immediate vicinity of the beach.
(From summer 2026, additionally bookable under BOJB02 as Villa River View, V2).

Have the same amenities as the double rooms but have a limited quota and a special price (SSZ).

Apartment 1 Bedroom (without kitchenette)

The 1-bedroom apartments without kitchenette (approx. 80 m²) are also tastefully and modernly furnished and feature a living/sleeping room with a sleeping option (couch or armchair), a separate bedroom with a double bed, 2 bathrooms with shower/WC, toiletries, air conditioning (centrally controlled), coffee/tea maker, and a balcony facing the land (A12).

Suite (BOJB02, from Summer 2026)

The spacious and modernly furnished suite with park view consists of a bedroom with a king-size bed and a separate living area with a double sofa bed, as well as a bathroom with shower/WC. Furthermore, there is an electric kettle, minibar (free of charge), balcony, internet, safe, capsule coffee machine (free of charge), and satellite TV with local channels, as well as centrally controlled air conditioning (approx. 80m², S2). Optionally bookable with sea view (S2M).

Ultra All Inclusive

The main buffet restaurant is located in the main building next to the reception.
