The newest product from the renowned and popular HVD group leaves nothing to be desired for holidaymakers. The luxurious hotel with 635 rooms impresses with its impressive architecture. Spread over a total area of approx. 120,000 m², it offers all amenities for an unforgettable holiday. In addition to a large and elegant lobby with a lobby bar and the main restaurant, the hotel also offers a fine dining restaurant, "Belinda" (June-early September), the Beach Club (in the evening a Mediterranean à la carte restaurant with reservation, open June-early September), a snack bar (in the evening a Turkish à la carte restaurant), a patisserie, and various bars. The outdoor area features three freshwater swimming pools and two children's pools with water slides. Numerous terraces and green areas invite you to relax and unwind. Further facilities include an indoor pool with a separate children's pool, a spa area, and a fitness center. Evening entertainment takes place in the amphitheater. Another bar here ensures guests' well-being. For the younger guests, there is a kids' club, and the very little ones are well looked after in the baby club. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach.

Double Room Landside

The Double Rooms Landside (approx. 40 m²) are tastefully furnished with high-quality furniture, two single beds, a double sofa bed, a spacious bathroom with shower/toilet, minibar (daily refilled with mineral water, beer, wine, soft drinks, chips, and sweets included), a safe (included), air conditioning (centrally controlled), Wi-Fi (included), a coffee/tea maker, and a balcony or terrace facing the landside (DL). Rooms with sea view (DM) or side sea view (DMS) can be booked at an additional charge. Also available for single occupancy (DEL) or as a single/child room (D1K).

The Family Rooms consist of two Double Rooms Landside (for equipment see Double Room Landside) with a connecting door (DF2).

Deluxe Suite Beachfront

The Deluxe Suites Beachfront (approx. 80 m²), exclusively contracted with Schauinsland-Reisen, are also tastefully and modernly furnished and feature a bedroom with a double bed, a separate living room with a sleeping possibility (sofa or armchair), 2 bathrooms with shower/toilet, cosmetic products, air conditioning (centrally controlled), coffee/tea maker, and a balcony with direct sea view and a breathtaking location directly on the beach (BSD).

Beachfront Lagoon Villa

The Beachfront Lagoon Villa is a two-story family suite (approx. 130 m²) with air conditioning (centrally controlled), a living room, two bedrooms (1x double bed, 2x single beds), two bathrooms with shower/toilet, a balcony with pool view, and a terrace with direct access to the separate sharing pool (for safety reasons, accommodation with children is only permitted from 6 years of age, and supervision is the responsibility of the guests as there is no lifeguard on duty) (BLV).
Exclusive to Schauinsland-Reisen is the prime location in close proximity to the beach.

Beachfront River Villa

The Beachfront River Villa is a two-story family suite (approx. 130 m²) with garden view, which, with otherwise identical amenities to the Beachfront Lagoon Villa, does not have direct access to the sharing pool. Guests of the Beachfront River Villa have access to a separate premium beach area with sunshades and sun loungers, as well as a drinks service (VRB).
Exclusive to Schauinsland-Reisen is the prime location in close proximity to the beach.

Super Saver Room

These rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms but have a limited contingent and a special price (SSZ).

Apartment 1 Bedroom (without kitchenette)

The Apartment 1 Bedroom without kitchenette (approx. 80 m²) are also tastefully and modernly furnished and feature a living/sleeping area with a sleeping possibility (sofa or armchair), a separate bedroom with a double bed, 2 bathrooms with shower/toilet, cosmetic products, air conditioning (centrally controlled), coffee/tea maker, and a balcony facing the landside (A12).

Suite (BOJB02, from Summer 2026)

The spacious and modernly furnished suite with park view consists of a bedroom with a king-size bed and a separate living area with a double sofa bed, as well as a bathroom with shower/toilet. It also includes a kettle, minibar (free of charge), balcony, internet, safe, capsule coffee machine (free of charge), and satellite TV with local channels, as well as centrally controlled air conditioning (approx. 80m², S2). Optionally bookable with sea view (S2M).

The main buffet restaurant is located in the main building next to reception.
