Location

This hotel complex, popular with regular guests, is located directly and picturesquely on the fine sandy beach of Obzor. The spacious architecture on a large plot and the perfect location make the hotel popular with couples and families. Even at high occupancy, you never get the impression of being crowded. The town center with shopping and entertainment options can be reached in approx. 1.5 km. The transfer from Burgas airport to the hotel takes approx. 75 minutes (approx. 65 km) and from Varna airport approx. 90 minutes.

The HVD Clubhotel Miramar features 465 rooms, 25 suites, and 10 junior suites distributed across several 4-6 story buildings. It offers a bright reception hall with a front desk, lobby bar, a main restaurant, 2 à-la-carte restaurants, and a grill buffet restaurant with a view of the sea. On the 6th floor of the main building, you will find the beautiful à-la-carte restaurant "The Blu" with a covered outdoor terrace and sea view. In the outdoor area, the pool landscape impresses with two freshwater pools and two separate children's pools, two water slides, a pool/snack bar (from approx. mid-June to mid-September), a beach bar (July + August), a sun terrace, and children's playgrounds. Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels at the pool and beach are included subject to availability.

The Junior Suites with lateral sea view (approx. 55 m²) feature a bedroom with a king-size bed and an integrated living area with a pull-out sofa bed, 1 bathroom, carpet flooring, rental safe, minibar (including daily refill with mineral water, beer, and soft drinks), capsule coffee machine (including daily refill), satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), centrally controlled air conditioning, and a balcony (J2S).

The Beachfront Suites (approx. 60 m²) feature, with otherwise the same amenities as the Junior Suites, a separate bedroom, a 2nd bathroom, a sofa bed (available for additional person(s) in the room), and a balcony or terrace. Sea view directly facing the sea "exclusive" at Schauinsland-Reisen in Block C (BS2).

Family Room Lateral Sea View

The Family Rooms are more spacious than the Double Rooms Landside with the same amenities and have a lateral sea view (FS2).

The Double Rooms Sea View feature, with otherwise the same amenities as the Double Rooms Landside, an additional beautiful sea view.

Suite Lateral Sea View

The Suites with lateral sea view (approx. 60m²) feature, with otherwise the same amenities as the Junior Suites, an additional separate bedroom (sofa bed available for additional person(s) in the room) and 2 bathrooms (MS2).

Family Room Superior Beachfront

The Family Rooms Superior Beachfront feature, with otherwise the same amenities as the Family Rooms with lateral sea view, a direct sea view and are located in a preferred, direct beach location. Exclusively bookable at Schauinsland-Reisen (FSB).

Double Room Deluxe

The Double Rooms Deluxe, completely renovated in 2026, impress with a modern design and high living comfort. Amenities include shower/WC, high-quality bath care products, hairdryer, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, safe (included), flat-screen TV, minibar, a capsule coffee machine (capsules included), and a furnished balcony facing the landside (DD2). Also bookable as a Double Room Deluxe with lateral sea view for an extra charge (DDS).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, late-riser breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in buffet form. Theme nights (4x per week) and gala dinner with sushi selection (1x per week). A choice of selected local and imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the respective open bars (the lobby bar is open 24 hours).
Lunch in the à-la-carte restaurant from approx. 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM. Popcorn, donuts, and ice cream from approx. 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Waffles from approx. 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM (from approx. June to mid-September). Burgers, snacks, and drinks at the pool bar (during the specified opening hours).
Döner kebab from approx. 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM and gözleme from approx. 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM, each at the snack bar.
