Location

This hotel complex, popular with regular guests, is picturesquely located directly on the fine sandy beach of Obzor. The spacious architecture on a large plot of land and the perfect location make the hotel a favorite for couples and families. Even at high occupancy, it never feels crowded. The town center with its shopping and entertainment options can be reached in approx. 1.5 km. The transfer from Burgas Airport to the hotel takes approx. 75 minutes (approx. 65 km) and from Varna Airport approx. 90 minutes.

The HVD Clubhotel Miramar features 465 rooms, 25 suites, and 10 junior suites, spread across several 4-6 story buildings. It offers a bright lobby with a reception, lobby bar, a main restaurant, 2 à-la-carte restaurants, and a grill buffet restaurant with sea views. Located on the 6th floor of the main building is the beautiful à-la-carte restaurant "The Blu" with a covered outdoor terrace and sea views. Outside, the pool area impresses with two freshwater pools and two separate children's pools, two water slides, a pool/snack bar (from approx. mid-June to mid-September), a beach bar (July + August), a sun terrace, and children's playgrounds. Sun loungers, parasols, and pool towels are included at the pool and beach, subject to availability.

The Double Rooms Landside (approx. 25 m²) feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, air conditioning, rental safe, Wi-Fi, coffee capsule machine (with daily refills), mini-fridge (with daily refills of water, soft drinks, beer, wine, snacks, and sweets), and a balcony or terrace (DL).

With the same amenities as the Double Room Landside, with an additional side sea view, partially pool view (DMS). Also bookable for single occupancy (DES) or single with child (D1S).

Junior Suite Side Sea View

The Junior Suites Side Sea View (approx. 55 m²) feature a bedroom with a king-size bed and an integrated living area with a pull-out sofa bed, 1 bathroom, carpet flooring, rental safe, minibar (with daily refills of mineral water, beer, and soft drinks), coffee capsule machine (with daily refills), satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), centrally controlled air conditioning, and a balcony (J2S).

Beachfront Suite

The Beachfront Suites (approx. 60 m²), with the same amenities as the Junior Suites, feature a separate bedroom, a second bathroom, a sofa bed (for additional person(s) in the room), and a balcony or terrace. Sea view directly facing the sea, "exclusive" to Schauinsland-Reisen in Block C (BS2).

Family Room Side Sea View

The Family Rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Landside but are more spacious and have a side sea view (FS2).

The Double Rooms Beachfront have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Landside, plus a seafront view (Schauinsland-Reisen exclusive in Block C). Also bookable for triple occupancy (BF2).

Double Room Sea View

The Double Rooms Sea View have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Landside, plus a beautiful sea view.

Suite Side Sea View

The Suites Side Sea View (approx. 60m²) have the same amenities as the Junior Suites, plus a separate bedroom (sofa bed for additional person(s) in the room) and 2 bathrooms (MS2).

Family Room Superior Beachfront

The Family Rooms Superior Beachfront have the same amenities as the Family Rooms Side Sea View, with a direct sea view and a prime, direct beach location. Exclusively bookable via Schauinsland-Reisen (FSB).

Double Room Deluxe

The Double Rooms Deluxe, fully renovated in 2026, impress with modern design and high living comfort. Amenities include shower/WC, high-quality bath care products, hairdryer, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, safe (included), flat-screen TV, minibar, capsule coffee machine (capsules included), and a furnished balcony facing the landside (DD2). Also bookable as Double Room Deluxe with side sea view for an additional charge (DDS).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, late riser breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet-style. Theme nights (4x per week) and gala dinner with sushi selection (1x per week). A selection of local and imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the bars (the lobby bar is open 24 hours).
Lunch in the à-la-carte restaurant from approx. 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM. Popcorn, donuts, and ice cream from approx. 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Waffles from approx. 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM (from approx. June to mid-September). Burgers, snacks, and drinks at the pool bar (during the specified opening hours).
Doner kebab from approx. 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM and Gözleme from approx. 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM at the snack bar.
