Location

The hotel is located approx. 1.5 km from the gently sloping public sandy beach. The famous Aqua Park Nessebar with more than 35 water attractions is right next door. Shops and entertainment facilities are in the vicinity and it is approx. 3 km to the beautiful old town of Nessebar. Burgas Airport is approx. 25 km away. Transfer time is approx. 40 minutes.

The beautiful family hotel was opened in 2019 and is one of the most popular aquapark hotels in Europe. It consists of three buildings with a total of 432 residential units. The main building consists of a total of 5 floors and 222 rooms. The facilities include a large lobby with a reception (24h) and a lobby bar, elevators, souvenir shop, kiosk and a hairdresser. The hotel has a main restaurant (buffet) and additionally two specialty restaurants (Italian and Fusion, for a fee and buffet style). The extensive outdoor area features a garden with a sun terrace and 4 swimming pools with a separate children's area (2 pools are relaxation pools for adults) as well as the Aqua Park "Nessebar" (admission, drinks and snacks included and open depending on weather from approx. 10.5 - 27.9). The hotel also has an indoor pool (heated in May and September) and a whirlpool. All pools are freshwater pools. Further facilities include a cafe, two pool bars, two snack bars and two more bars. A hotel bus (for a fee) is available for trips to Nessebar and the beach.

Double room

The friendly furnished double rooms (approx. 26-30 sqm) are located in the annex buildings and have a bath/shower/WC, sofa bed, cosmetic mirror, air conditioning, safe (included), satellite TV (with some German-language channels), Wi-Fi (included), coffee/tea maker (on request at reception), water in the room on arrival (included), a balcony or terrace with garden view or pool view. Also available as a double room for single use at an extra charge.

Double room Superior

Double rooms Superior (approx. 31-35 sqm) have a sofa bed and are located in the main building, otherwise with the same amenities as the double rooms.

Apartment 1 bedroom without kitchenette

The apartments 1 bedroom without kitchenette (approx. 51-60 sqm) are located in the main building and consist of a combined living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom. Further amenities include a sofa bed, bath/WC or shower/WC with a separate WC, cosmetic mirror, air conditioning, safe (included), satellite TV (German-language and local channels, flatscreen), Wi-Fi (included), coffee/tea maker (on request at reception), water in the room on arrival (included), and a balcony or terrace with garden or pool view.

Breakfast from approx. 7-10 am, lunch from approx. 12:30-3 pm and dinner from approx. 6:30-9:30 pm. Snacks from approx. 10 am - 6:30 pm at the designated bars.
The specialty buffet restaurant "Adria" offers Italian cuisine from approx. 6:30-9:30 pm and the specialty restaurant "Baltic" (à la carte) offers fusion cuisine (breakfast between June 1st - September 15th from approx. 8:30-10:30 am and dinner from approx. 6:30-9:30 pm. Selected drinks included). For stays of 4-5 nights, one breakfast and one dinner are included, and for stays of 6 nights or more, 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners are included. For shorter stays or for additional visits, a service charge of approx. €25 per adult and approx. €13 per child up to 11 years will be charged (reservations are required for visits to the specialty restaurants and are possible subject to availability). Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from approx. 10 am - 11 pm at the bars and restaurants that are open. Imported drinks and all other extras outside the AI menu are subject to a charge. Guests under 18 years of age do not receive alcohol.
Appropriate attire is requested in the restaurants (swimwear is not permitted).
Admission to the Aqua Park "Nessebar" is included for hotel guests. Local non-alcoholic drinks, beer, wine, coffee/tea and selected snacks are included in the park (opening hours and further information about the Aqua Park can be found under Hotel Information).

Sports included

Fitness room, volleyball, basketball and football as part of the sports animation.
