Location

The hotel is located approximately 1.5 km from the gently sloping public sandy beach. The famous Aqua Park Nessebar, with over 35 water attractions, is right next door. Shops and entertainment facilities are in the vicinity, and the beautiful old town of Nessebar is about 3 km away. Burgas Airport is approximately 25 km away. The transfer time is about 40 minutes.

This beautiful family hotel opened in 2019 and is one of Europe's most popular aquapark hotels. It consists of three buildings with a total of 432 units. The main building has 5 floors and 222 rooms. Facilities include a large lobby with a 24-hour reception and lobby bar, elevators, a souvenir shop, a kiosk, and a hair salon. The hotel features a main buffet restaurant and two specialty restaurants (Italian and Fusion, for a fee and buffet style). The extensive outdoor area boasts a garden with a sun terrace and 4 swimming pools, including a separate children's area (2 pools are relaxation pools for adults) and the "Nessebar" Aqua Park (entry, drinks, and snacks included; open approximately May 10th - September 27th, weather permitting). The hotel also has an indoor pool (heated in May and September) and a whirlpool. All pools are freshwater. Other facilities include a café, two pool bars, two snack bars, and two additional bars. A hotel bus service (for a fee) is available for trips to Nessebar and the beach.

Double Room

The attractively furnished Double Rooms (approx. 26-30 sqm) are located in the annex buildings and feature a bath/shower/WC, a sofa bed, a cosmetic mirror, air conditioning, a safe (included), satellite TV (with some German-language channels), Wi-Fi (included), coffee/tea making facilities (available on request at reception), complimentary bottled water upon arrival, and a balcony or terrace with garden or pool view. Double rooms for single use are also available at an additional charge.

Double Room Superior

The Double Superior Rooms (approx. 31-35 sqm), with otherwise identical amenities to the Double Rooms, feature a sofa bed and are located in the main building.

1 Bedroom Apartment without kitchenette

The 1 Bedroom Apartments without kitchenette (approx. 51-60 sqm) are located in the main building and consist of a combined living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom. Further amenities include a sofa bed, bath/WC or shower/WC with a separate WC, cosmetic mirror, air conditioning, safe (included), satellite TV (with German and local channels, flat screen), Wi-Fi (included), coffee/tea making facilities (available on request at reception), complimentary bottled water upon arrival, and a balcony or terrace with garden or pool view.

All meals are served buffet style.
Breakfast from approx. 7 AM - 10 AM, Lunch from approx. 12:30 PM - 3 PM, and Dinner from approx. 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM. Snacks are available from approx. 10 AM - 6:30 PM at the designated bars.
The specialty buffet restaurant "Adria" offers Italian cuisine from approx. 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM, and the specialty restaurant "Baltic" (à la carte) offers Fusion cuisine (Breakfast from June 1st - September 15th, approx. 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM, and Dinner from approx. 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM. Selected drinks are included). For stays of 4-5 nights, one breakfast and one dinner are included. For stays of 6 nights or more, 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners are included. For shorter stays or additional visits, a service fee of approx. €25 per adult and approx. €13 per child up to 11 years old applies (reservations are required for specialty restaurants and are subject to availability). Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available from approx. 10 AM - 11 PM at the bars and restaurants that are open. Imported beverages and all other extras outside the AI menu are subject to a charge. Guests under 18 years of age will not be served alcohol.
Appropriate attire is requested in the restaurants (swimwear is not permitted).
Entry to the "Nessebar" Aqua Park is included for hotel guests. Local non-alcoholic drinks, beer, wine, coffee/tea, and selected snacks are included in the park (opening hours and further information about the Aqua Park can be found under Hotel Information).

Sports included

Fitness room, volleyball, basketball, and football as part of the sports animation program.

Bowling alley, table tennis, billiards, darts, foosball, tennis (1 hard court at the hotel), and tennis equipment rental.

Children's program
