Location

The hotel is located approx. 1.5 km from the public, gently sloping sandy beach. The famous Aqua Park Nessebar with more than 35 water attractions is right next door. Shopping and entertainment options can be found in the immediate vicinity, and the beautiful Old Town of Nessebar is approx. 3 km away. Burgas Airport is approx. 25 km away. The transfer time is approx. 40 minutes.

This beautiful family hotel opened in 2019 and is considered one of the most popular aqua park hotels in Europe. It consists of three buildings with a total of 432 units. The main building has 5 floors and 222 rooms. Facilities include a large lobby with a reception (24h) and a lobby bar, elevators, a souvenir shop, a kiosk, and a hair salon. The hotel has a main restaurant (buffet) and two additional specialty restaurants (Italian and Fusion, for a fee and buffet style). In the spacious outdoor area, you will find gardens with a sun terrace and 4 swimming pools with a separate children's area (2 pools are relax pools for adults) as well as the "Nessebar" Aqua Park (admission, drinks, and snacks included; open approx. 10.5.-27.9. depending on weather). The hotel also has an indoor pool (heated in May and September) and a whirlpool. All pools are freshwater pools. Further facilities include a café, two pool bars, two snack bars, and two additional bars. A hotel shuttle (for a fee) is available for trips to Nessebar and the beach.

Double room

The friendly, well-furnished double rooms (approx. 26-30 m²) are located in the annex buildings and feature a bath/shower/WC, a sofa bed, vanity mirror, air conditioning, safe (included), satellite TV (with some German-speaking channels), Wi-Fi (included), coffee/tea maker (on request at the reception), water in the room upon arrival (included), and a balcony or terrace with land or pool view. Also bookable as a double room for single use at an extra charge.

Superior double room

Superior double rooms (approx. 31-35 m²) feature a sofa bed and are located in the main building, with otherwise identical facilities to the standard double rooms.

1-bedroom apartment without kitchenette

The 1-bedroom apartments without kitchenette (approx. 51-60 m²) are located in the main building and consist of a combined living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom. Further facilities include a sofa bed, bath/WC or shower/WC with a separate WC, vanity mirror, air conditioning, safe (included), satellite TV (German-speaking and local channels, flatscreen), Wi-Fi (included), coffee/tea maker (on request at the reception), water in the room upon arrival (included), and a balcony or terrace with land or pool view.

Breakfast from approx. 7-10 a.m., lunch from approx. 12:30-3 p.m., and dinner from approx. 6:30-9:30 p.m. Snacks from approx. 10 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. at the designated bars.
The "Adria" specialty buffet restaurant offers Italian cuisine from approx. 6:30-9:30 p.m., and the "Baltic" specialty restaurant (à la carte) offers fusion cuisine (breakfast from 1.6.-15.9. from approx. 8:30-10:30 a.m. and dinner from approx. 6:30-9:30 p.m. Selected drinks included). For a stay of 4-5 nights, one breakfast and one dinner are included; for a stay of 6 nights or more, 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners are included. For shorter stays or additional visits, a service fee of approx. 25 € per adult and approx. 13 € per child up to 11 years is charged (a reservation is required for the specialty restaurants and is subject to availability). Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from approx. 10 a.m. - 11 p.m. at the respective open bars and restaurants. Imported drinks and all other extras outside the AI menu are available for a fee. Guests under 18 years of age will not be served alcohol.
Appropriate attire is requested in the restaurants (swimwear is not permitted).
Admission to the "Nessebar" Aqua Park is included for hotel guests. Local non-alcoholic drinks, beer, wine, coffee/tea, and selected snacks are included in the park (opening hours and further information on the Aqua Park under the hotel notice section).

Sports included

Fitness room, volleyball, basketball, and football as part of the sports entertainment program.
