Location

The first-class Sol complex includes the 4-star hotel Sol Nessebar Resort and the 5-star hotel Sol Nessebar Palace. It is quietly located on a bathing bay within extensive green grounds and is separated from the beach only by the park. You can reach it via a gently sloping path and stairs. The historic old town of Nessebar (UNESCO World Heritage Site) with numerous shops and entertainment facilities is about 2.5 km away (regular public bus connection). The resort of Sonnenstrand is about 6 km away and the transfer from Burgas airport to the hotel takes about 40 minutes (approx. 30 km).

The family-friendly resort has a total of 990 rooms and suites, spread across 3 buildings (Palace and Resort). Each hotel has its own main restaurant, a lobby bar, a pool with a sun terrace, a pool bar, and its own reception (the hotel's own facilities can only be used by guests of the respective hotel). Various themed restaurants and bars spread throughout the resort, such as the beer garden with traditional German delicacies like fried potatoes and sauerkraut, or traditional Italian, Spanish, and Japanese cuisine, are available to all guests of the resort, as well as the currency exchange, the hairdresser (for a fee), the mini-supermarket, the "Rose" Spa Relax Center (for a fee), the indoor pool (in the Sol Nessebar Palace), the sun terrace (located near the beach) with a wonderful sea view, the aquapark (open from mid-May to end of September, hourly and weather-dependent) with a Rocky River slide, and the children's pools and water slides for the little ones (Geyzir Park for children aged 2-5 years). Admission to the Aqua Park is included for all guests of the resort. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool of the booked hotel as well as at the Aqua Park, Geyzir Park, and on the sun terraces above the beach with a magnificent sea view. When booking rooms in the Sol Nessebar Bay & Mare hotel complex, room allocation is done by the hotelier on site.

The double rooms with a land view (approx. 30 sqm) are modernly furnished with shower/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, cable TV, mini-fridge, safe (for a fee) and a balcony facing the land side.
Also available for single use for an extra charge or as a super saver room (limited availability and special price).

Double room sea view

The double rooms with sea view (approx. 34 sqm) have the same amenities as the double rooms with a land view, but also offer a sea view. Also available for single use.

Family room sea view

The family rooms with sea view (approx. 68 sqm) consist of 2 double rooms with a connecting door.

Double room upper floor sea view

Exclusive with schauinsland-reisen.
The double rooms on the upper floor with sea view are equipped like the double rooms with sea view, but are located on the upper floor and offer a magnificent panoramic view of the Black Sea. One sun umbrella and 2 loungers on the beach are included per room (pre-booked).

Katta's Family Room

The Katta's Family Rooms are equipped similarly to the double rooms with sea view, but also have a separate children's room integrated into the room. The rooms are child and family-friendly, decorated with cheerful Katta motifs on the walls, and have many extras that will make the stay a special experience for the little guests.

"Katta's Holiday"
Dear children, do you know what I love to do most? Have a holiday, of course! Don't you want to visit me at the hotel for a few days and have a holiday together?
