Location

The first-class Sol complex comprises the 4-star Sol Nessebar Resort and the 5-star Sol Nessebar Palace. It is quietly located on a bathing bay within extensive parkland, separated from the beach only by the grounds. You can reach the beach via a gently sloping path and stairs. The historic old town of Nessebar (UNESCO World Heritage site) with numerous shops and entertainment venues is approximately 2.5 km away (regular public bus service). The resort of Sunny Beach is approx. 6 km away, and the transfer from Burgas Airport to the hotel takes about 40 minutes (approx. 30 km).

The family-friendly resort has a total of 990 rooms and suites, spread across 3 buildings (Palace and Resort). Each hotel has its own main restaurant, lobby bar, a pool with a sun terrace, a pool bar, and its own reception (hotel-specific facilities can only be used by guests of the respective hotel). Various themed restaurants and bars located throughout the resort, such as the beer garden with traditional German delicacies like fried potatoes and sauerkraut, or traditional Italian, Spanish, and Japanese cuisine, are available to all guests of the resort, as well as currency exchange, a hairdresser (for a fee), a mini-supermarket, the "Rose" Spa Relax Center (for a fee), the indoor pool (in the Sol Nessebar Palace), the sun terrace (located near the beach) with sea views, the Aquapark (open intermittently from approx. mid-May to end of September, depending on weather) with a Rocky River slide, and children's pools and water slides for the little ones (Geyzir Park for children aged 2-5 years). Entry to the Aqua Park is included for all resort guests. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool of the booked hotel, as well as at the Aqua Park, Geyzir Park, and on the sun terraces above the beach with magnificent sea views. When booking rooms in the Sol Nessebar Bay & Mare hotel complex, room allocation is done by the hotelier on-site; it is NOT possible to request in advance which building your accommodation will be in.

The Double Rooms Landside (approx. 30 sqm) are modernly furnished with a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, cable TV, mini-fridge, safety deposit box (for a fee), and a balcony facing the land side (DL/DL7).
Also available for single use (DEL) or as single with child (D1L) at an additional charge.
The Super Saver Rooms and Promo Rooms, with otherwise similar amenities, have a limited contingent and a special price (SSZ, DPI)).

The Double Rooms Sea View (approx. 34 sqm) have, with otherwise identical amenities to the Double Rooms Landside, an additional sea view (DM/2MK).

The Family Rooms Sea View (approx. 68 sqm) consist of 2 double rooms sea view with a connecting door (F2M).

Double Room Upper Floor Sea View

Exclusive to Schauinsland-Reisen.
The Double Rooms Upper Floor Sea View (UPS) are equipped like the Double Rooms Sea View, but are located on an upper floor and offer a magnificent panoramic view of the Black Sea. A sun umbrella and 2 loungers on the beach are included per room (pre-booked).

Katta's Family Room

Katta's Family Rooms are equipped similarly to the Double Rooms Sea View, but also feature a separate children's room integrated within the room (room within a room). The rooms are located in the Mare building and are child and family-friendly, decorated with cheerful Katta motifs on the walls, and offer many extras that will make the stay a special experience for the little guests (KWF).

"Katta's Holiday"
Dear children, do you know what I love to do most of all? Have a holiday, of course! Wouldn't you like to visit me at the hotel for a few days and have a holiday together? We can play, do crafts, solve puzzles, and read stories together. In the evening, we'll rock the mini-disco. I'll give every child a personal travel diary. So, how does that sound?
