The adults-only retreat, designed in a Greek style, is located between Dubai and Abu Dhabi on a private stretch of beach.
Abu Dhabi Airport (AUH) is approximately 68 km away, and Dubai Airport (DXB) is approximately 80 km away.

The luxurious retreat, newly opened in 2024, offers a total of 22 rooms and suites. Amenities include a spacious lobby with a reception.
For culinary delights, there are two restaurants and a bar. The "Oia Oasis" restaurant serves traditional Arabic specialties with a modern twist, and the "Thalassa" restaurant offers exquisite Mediterranean and Greek delicacies.
On the extensive, well-maintained beach, there is an infinity pool with a sun terrace and pool bar. Sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are provided free of charge.

With the same size and similar amenities as the Double Rooms Oia Sea View, the Double Rooms Perissa Sea View (MBB/MEB) feature a spacious furnished terrace with direct beach access.
