The luxurious retreat, newly opened in 2024, offers a total of 22 rooms and suites. Amenities include a spacious lobby with reception.
For culinary enjoyment, there are two restaurants and a bar. The "Oia Oasis" restaurant offers traditional Arabic specialties with a modern twist, and the "Thalassa" restaurant serves exquisite Mediterranean and Greek delicacies.
The extensive, well-maintained beach features an infinity pool with a sun terrace and pool bar. Sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are provided free of charge.

The luxurious and stylishly furnished Double Rooms Oia Sea View (DM/DEM) are approx. 43 sqm and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes/slippers, air conditioning, safe, Smart TV, minibar (for a fee), espresso machine, and a furnished balcony.

With the same size and similar amenities as the Double Rooms Oia Sea View, the Double Rooms Perissa Sea View (MBB/MEB) offer a spacious furnished terrace with direct beach access.
