Location

The modern and luxurious resort is located directly on the beautiful white sandy beach of Khao Lak. The dreamlike location invites you to take a long walk on the beach and enjoy an unforgettable sunset. Two of Thailand's most popular excursion destinations, Khao Lak National Park and the Similan Islands, are about 1 hour's transfer time away. Phuket Airport is approximately a 90-minute drive away.

The resort, newly built in 2022 and part of the popular AVANI chain, has a total of 272 rooms and suites. Hotel amenities include a spacious reception with lobby, and a beautifully designed garden area with a sun terrace and four large swimming pools with a water park. For your culinary enjoyment, there are a total of 4 restaurants: The "Elements" buffet restaurant with international cuisine (open from 6:30 AM to 10:30 PM), the "The Beach House" beach restaurant with international cuisine and seafood (open from 11 AM to 10:30 PM), the "Aqua Juice" pool bar with delicious juices and tropical smoothies (open from 8 AM to 6 PM), the "Splash" pool bar with ice cream, pizza, drinks, and other snacks (open from 9 AM to 8 PM), and "The Pantry" with coffee, pastries, salads, snacks, and fresh juices (open from 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM).

The Deluxe Double Rooms (approx. 35m²), decorated in a modern style, feature a king-size bed or two single beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, 55-inch LED TV, safe, coffee/tea maker, minibar (for a fee), telephone, and a balcony with pool view (DD2).
Also available for single occupancy at an additional charge (DD1).

Deluxe Pool Access

The Deluxe Pool Access rooms (approx. 50 m²) are decorated in a modern style and have the same amenities as the Double Rooms, but feature direct access to a private terrace with pool (DPA/PA1).

Family Suite 2 Bedrooms

The Family Suites (approx. 106 m²), decorated in a modern style, feature one bedroom with a king-size bed and another bedroom with two single beds, a separate living room with a dining area, a bathtub and rain shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, 65-inch LED TV, safe, coffee/tea maker, Nespresso machine, minibar (for a fee), telephone, and a balcony with garden view (2F).

Family Pool Suite 2 Bedrooms

The Family Pool Suites (approx. 165 m²), decorated in a modern style, have the same amenities as the Family Suites but are significantly more spacious and also feature a kitchenette, washing machine, and a generous terrace with a private pool (2WG).
