The modern and luxurious hotel complex is located directly on the beautiful white sandy beach of Khao Lak. Facilities
The beach resort, newly built in 2022, belongs to the popular AVANI chain and has a total of 272 rooms and suites. The hotel's amenities include a spacious reception area with lobby, as well as a beautifully designed garden area with a sun terrace and four generously sized swimming pools with a water park. There are a total of 4 restaurants to cater to your culinary needs: The "Elements" buffet restaurant with international cuisine (open from 6:30 AM to 10:30 PM), the "The Beach House" beach restaurant with international cuisine and seafood (open from 11 AM to 10:30 PM), the "Aqua Juice" pool bar with delicious juices and tropical smoothies (open from 8 AM to 6 PM), the "Splash" pool bar with ice cream, pizza, drinks, and other snacks (open from 9 AM to 8 PM) and "The Pantry" with coffee, pastries, salads, and snacks and fresh juices (open from 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM).

The double rooms (approx. 35m²), decorated in a modern style, have a king-size bed or two single beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, 55-inch LED TV, safe, coffee/tea maker, minibar (for a fee), telephone and a balcony with pool view (DD2).
Also available for single occupancy at an additional charge (DD1).
Deluxe Pool Access
The double rooms with pool access (approx. 50 m²) are decorated in a modern style and have the same amenities as the double rooms, but also feature direct access to a private terrace with a pool (DPA/PA1).
Family Suite 2 Bedrooms
The family suites (approx. 106 m²), decorated in a modern style, have a bedroom with a king-size bed and a bedroom with two single beds, a separate living room with a dining area, bath and rain shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, 65-inch LED TV, safe, coffee/tea maker, Nespresso machine, minibar (for a fee), telephone and a balcony with garden view (2F).
Family Pool Suite 2 Bedrooms
The pool suite with 2 bedrooms (approx. 165 m²), decorated in a modern style, has the same amenities as the family suites but is significantly more spacious and additionally features a kitchenette, washing machine, and a spacious terrace with a private pool (2WG).
