The resort comprises 498 rooms in 2- to 3-storey residential buildings and bungalows, each with 4 units. Facilities include an open lobby reception and restaurant. The extensive garden area (approx. 36 ha) features 3 pool areas with sun terraces, a swim-up bar, 3 children's pools, and another large, lagoon-style pool landscape with a bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool.

Same amenities as Superior rooms, but unrenovated, slightly more spacious (approx. 38 m²) and additionally feature bathrobes, slippers, and garden view (DD2/DD1).
