Quietly located at the southern end of Patong. The beach is about 200 m away. Phuket Airport is approximately 45 km away.

The resort comprises 498 rooms in 2- to 3-storey residential buildings and bungalows, each with 4 units. Facilities include an open lobby reception and restaurant. The extensive garden area (approx. 36 ha) features 3 pool areas with sun terraces, a swim-up bar, 3 children's pools, and another large, lagoon-style pool landscape with a bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool.

In Thai style, very spacious (approx. 35 m²) and with tiled floors. Amenities include shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV (Deutsche Welle), minibar (for a fee), tea/coffee making facilities, safe, and a furnished balcony or terrace (XDP/XEP).
