Location

The hotel is located directly on the sandy beach on the east coast of Sri Lanka. The city center is approx. 6 km away. The transfer time from Colombo International Airport is approx. 6-7 hours by bus. A transfer by domestic flight (approx. 45 minutes) to Trincomalee National Airport and a further approx. 25 minutes by bus is optionally available for an additional charge.

The hotel with 150 rooms features a stylish retro design. It offers its guests two restaurants, the main restaurant "Captain's Deck" (buffet) and the beach restaurant "The Crab" (à la carte), and the bar "The Rum Hold". The outdoor area features a swimming pool with a separate children's pool. Sun loungers and beach towels are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach. Free sunshades are also offered on the beach.

The Beach Chalets have the same amenities as the Superior Rooms and also feature a DVD player, bathrobes, slippers, and are located directly on the beach (UH2/UH1).
