Location

The hotel is located directly on the sandy beach of the east coast of Sri Lanka. The city center is approx. 6 km away. The transfer time from Colombo International Airport is approx. 6-7 hours by bus. A transfer by domestic flight (approx. 45 minutes) to Trincomalee national airport and a further approx. 25 minutes by bus can be booked optionally for an extra charge.

The hotel with 150 rooms features a stylish retro design. It offers its guests two restaurants, the main restaurant "Captain's Deck" (buffet) and the beach restaurant "The Crab" (à la carte), and the bar "The Rum Hold". The outdoor area features a swimming pool with a separate children's pool. Sun loungers and beach towels are provided free of charge by the pool and on the beach. Umbrellas are also offered free of charge on the beach.

Beach Chalet

The Beach Chalets have the same amenities as the Superior Rooms and also feature a DVD player, bathrobes, slippers, and are located directly on the beach (UH2/UH1).
