Location

The hotel is located directly on the sandy beach of Sri Lanka's east coast. The city center is approx. 6 km away. The transfer time from Colombo International Airport is approx. 6-7 hours by bus. An optional transfer by domestic flight (approx. 45 minutes) to Trincomalee National Airport, followed by an additional approx. 25-minute bus ride, is available for an extra charge.

The 150-room hotel features a stylish retro design. It offers guests two restaurants: the main restaurant "Captain's Deck" (buffet) and the beach restaurant "The Crab" (à la carte), as well as the bar "The Rum Hold". In the outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with a separate children's pool. Sun loungers and bath towels are available to guests at the pool and beach free of charge. Complimentary Suns umbrellas are also provided on the beach.

Beach Chalet

The Beach Chalets have the same facilities as the Superior rooms and additionally feature a DVD player, bathrobes, slippers, and are located directly on the beach (UH2/UH1).
