Location

The Heritance Ahungalla hotel is located on the popular southwest coast of Sri Lanka, directly on the beautiful beach. Colombo International Airport is approx. 122 km away.

The island is located in the still almost untouched Raa Atoll and is surrounded by a dreamlike, white sandy beach. The house reef is approx. 80 - 100 m away. The transfer time from Malé Airport is approx. 30 minutes by domestic flight to Dharavandoo Island Airport and another 40-45 minutes by speedboat. The transfer time from Malé International Airport by seaplane is approx. 45 minutes (can be booked for an additional charge).

The luxury hotel with 152 rooms is picturesquely integrated into the landscape and features a reception, a coffee shop, and a nightclub. Culinary delights are provided by the main restaurant "Jute", the specialty restaurant "Upper Room", and the seafood restaurant "Wadiya", as well as three different bars. In the outdoor area, there are two swimming pools, including a spectacular infinity pool with a beautiful view over the Indian Ocean. Umbrellas and sun loungers are available free of charge.

The luxury resort offers a total of 150 villas and suites, including some of the largest villas in the country. Guests are welcomed in the open reception. A total of six restaurants and five bars cater to your culinary needs. These include the all-day dining restaurant "Ralu" with its Mediterranean cuisine. "Ranba" offers guests international and Asian cuisine. "Ginfiati" serves fresh seafood and "Pizza Shack" serves homemade pizza. "Hathaa" surprises its guests with street food from Tokyo and Bangkok. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach. A highlight of the island is the overwater infinity pool, which can be exclusively used by guests of the Ocean Suites.

Deluxe Partial Sea View

The high-quality and modernly furnished rooms (approx. 28 sqm) have a king-size bed or two single beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, fan, minibar (for a fee), satellite TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, and safe. Beach Villa

The Beach Villas (approx. 88 sqm including outdoor area) are lined up along the beach and feature a large bathroom with an outdoor shower, bathtub/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe/slippers, air conditioning, minibar, flat-screen TV, safe, coffee/tea maker, large daybed, and a large sundeck with direct beach access. Pool Beach Villa

With the same amenities as the Beach Villas, these rooms (approx. 93 sqm including outdoor area) feature a larger outdoor area with a private pool and sun loungers, and also offer direct beach access. (VPZ)

Premium All Inclusive

All meals can be taken in one of the six restaurants (reservations required, meals at "Hathaa" at an extra charge). The dishes are served as a buffet or a-la-carte, depending on the restaurant, with live cooking stations. Theme nights also take place occasionally. A selection of snacks is available by the pool during the day. Selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the respective open bars. Minibar refilled once daily.
