Location

The first-class hotel is idyllically situated on a hill on the south-west coast of Sri Lanka. The long, fine sandy beach stretches on both sides. Due to the railway line running behind the hotel, it has a very central location. Colombo International Airport is approximately 90 kilometers away.

The luxury hotel is equipped with every comfort and leaves nothing to be desired; it has 160 rooms spread throughout the Asian-style complex. Located in the well-tended tropical garden is the beautifully designed swimming pool with a sunbathing area and a pool bar. Culinary delights are provided by the main restaurant "The Palms" and the specialty restaurant "Shack Garden" with seafood, as well as the "Tease" bar. A souvenir shop and the "Jiva" Spa round off the offer.

Superior Double Room

The tastefully furnished and recently renovated rooms are approx. 38 m² and feature a bathroom with bathtub, WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, safe, Wi-Fi, coffee/tea maker, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony or terrace with garden view. Deluxe Double Room

With the same amenities as the Superior double rooms, the Deluxe rooms are located closer to the beach and additionally feature a large balcony and a bathroom with a rainfall shower. (DD2/DD1) Also bookable with sea view for an extra charge. (DM2/DM1)

Junior Suite

The 65 m² Junior Suites have the same amenities as the Deluxe double rooms, with a separate living room.

Breakfast. When booking half board, "dine-around" option available from the menu in all hotel restaurants. When booking full board, lunch and dinner are served buffet-style or as a menu choice.
