Location

The first-class hotel is idyllically situated on a hill on the southwest coast of Sri Lanka. A long, fine sandy beach stretches out on both sides. The railway line running behind the hotel gives it a very central location. Colombo International Airport is approximately 90 kilometers away.

The luxury hotel is equipped with every comfort and leaves nothing to be desired. It has 160 rooms spread throughout the complex, designed in an Asian style. In the well-kept tropical garden, you'll find a beautifully designed swimming pool with a sunbathing lawn and a pool bar. Culinary delights are offered at the main restaurant "The Palms" and the specialty restaurant "Shack Garden" serving seafood, as well as the "Tease" bar. A souvenir shop and the "Jiva" Spa complete the offerings.

Double Room Superior

The tastefully furnished and recently renovated rooms are approx. 38 m² in size and feature a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, safe, Wi-Fi, coffee/tea maker, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony or terrace with garden view. Double Room Deluxe

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, the Deluxe Rooms are located closer to the beach and additionally feature a large balcony and a bathroom with a rain shower. (DD2/DD1) Double rooms with sea view are also available at an extra charge. (DM2/DM1)

Junior Suite

The 65 m² Junior Suites have a separate living area, with the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms.
