Location

The first-class hotel is idyllically situated on a hill on the southwest coast of Sri Lanka. A long, fine sandy beach stretches out on both sides. The railway line running behind the hotel gives it a very central location. Colombo International Airport is approximately 90 kilometers away.

The luxury hotel is equipped with every comfort and leaves nothing to be desired. It has 160 rooms spread throughout the Asian-style complex. In the well-maintained tropical garden, you'll find a beautifully designed swimming pool with a sunbathing lawn and a pool bar. Culinary delights are provided by the main restaurant "The Palms" and the specialty restaurant "Shack Garden" with seafood specialties, as well as the "Tease" bar. A souvenir shop and the "Jiva" Spa complete the offerings.

Double Room Superior

The tastefully furnished and recently renovated rooms are approx. 38 m² in size and feature a bathroom with bathtub, toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, safe, Wi-Fi, coffee/tea maker, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony or terrace with garden view. Double Room Deluxe

The Deluxe Rooms, with the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, are located closer to the beach and additionally feature a large balcony and a bathroom with a rain shower. (DD2/DD1) Also available with sea view at an additional charge. (DM2/DM1)

Junior Suite

The 65 m² Junior Suites have a separate living area, with the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms.

Breakfast. With half board booked, enjoy a "Dine-around" option from the menu in all hotel restaurants. With full board booked, lunch and dinner are served buffet-style or with a choice of menu.

The beaches are generally public natural beaches. Depending on currents and weather conditions, sand may be washed away from the beach.
