This beachfront villa (approx. 88 sqm), located amidst greenery, is just a few meters from the beautiful sandy beach and is equipped with a king-size bed, an indoor and outdoor rain shower, and a private garden with a terrace (2BB).

Beachfront Infinity Pool Villa (Seaplane)

The Beachfront Infinity Pool Villa (approx. 104 sqm) is located directly by the ocean and features a breathtaking infinity pool. The amenities of these villas include a bathtub, a veranda, and a private garden with an infinity pool (VPZ).

Deluxe Beachfront Villa (Seaplane)

In this villa (approx. 207 sqm), you can experience unparalleled privacy while being surrounded by breathtaking nature. This accommodation is similar to the Beachfront Villa but also offers a private pool, direct beach access, and a private Thai Sala (V2H).

Hotel-independent transfer information:
Speedboat: Operation for approx. arrival/departure from 5 AM to 11 PM // Domestic flight: Operation approx. for arrivals/departures from 9:30 AM to 4 PM // Seaplane: Operation expected for arrivals/departures from 9 AM to 3 PM.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
With seaplane transfers, there may be 1-2 stopovers.
For arrivals/departures outside the above times, in case of bad weather, or long waiting times upon entry, an overnight stay in Male may be required.
In some areas, the sand on the north side is mixed with coral; bathing shoes are recommended.

Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on the island's location), and currently most domestic flights, are only operated during daylight hours. Therefore, an overnight stay in Male may be necessary.

The baggage allowance for seaplanes is 20 kg + 5 kg of hand luggage per person. Excess baggage must be paid for on site (approx. 5 USD per kg). Excess baggage is usually delivered by boat.

In the Maldives, sinks or bathtubs/whirlpools may be integrated openly in the general living area of the hotel room without spatial separation.

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. For an occupancy of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, there may be a total of only 1 or 2 large beds available. Accordingly, it may happen that with 2 adults + 1 or 2 children in one room, a child has to sleep in the parents' bed.
