Located amidst greenery, this Beachfront Villa (approx. 88 sqm) is just a few meters from the beautiful sandy beach and is equipped with a king-size bed, a rain shower (indoor and outdoor), and a private garden with a terrace (2BB).

Beachfront Infinity Pool Villa (Seaplane)

The Beachfront Infinity Pool Villa (approx. 104 sqm) is located directly by the ocean and features a breathtaking infinity pool. The amenities of these villas include a bathtub, a veranda, and a private garden with an infinity pool (VPZ).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk for small children. Therefore, for safety reasons regarding children, Schauinsland-Reisen has set a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types.

Deluxe Beachfront Villa (Seaplane)

In this villa (approx. 207 sqm), you can experience unparalleled privacy while being surrounded by breathtaking nature. This accommodation is similar to the Beachfront Villa but also offers a private pool, direct beach access, and a private Thai Sala (V2H).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk for small children. Therefore, for safety reasons regarding children, Schauinsland-Reisen has set a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types.

All Inclusive Plus includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in selected restaurants only.
Additionally, water, soft drinks, beer, wine, national and international alcoholic beverages, as well as coffee/tea during specific service hours.

Speedboat: Operation for estimated arrival/departure from 5 AM to 11 PM // Domestic flight: Operation estimated for arrivals/departures from 9:30 AM to 4 PM // Seaplane: Operation expected for arrivals/departures from 9 AM to 3 PM.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
With seaplane transfers, there may be 1-2 intermediate landings.
For arrivals/departures outside these times, an overnight stay in Malé must be booked in advance. The costs for this are to be borne by the guest. Exceptions are changes due to flight delays, bad weather, or extended waiting times upon entry (in these cases, our local agency will arrange any necessary overnight stay).
In some areas, the sand on the north side is interspersed with coral; bathing shoes are recommended.

Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on the island's location), and currently mostly domestic flights as well, are only operated during daylight hours. Therefore, an overnight stay in Malé may be required.

The baggage allowance for seaplanes is 20 kg + 5 kg of hand luggage per person. Excess baggage must be paid for locally (approx. 5 USD per kg). Excess baggage is usually forwarded by boat.

In the Maldives, washbasins or even bathtubs/whirlpools may be openly integrated into the general living area of the hotel room without spatial separation.

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two Queen/King-size beds. For an occupancy of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, there may be only 1 or 2 large beds available in total. Consequently, it may happen that with 2 adults + 1 or 2 children in one room, one child has to sleep in the parents' bed.

Please note that rooms with direct pool/sea access can only be booked for travelers with children from the age of 7 for safety reasons.
