Location

The resort is located in the South Ari Atoll and boasts beautiful flora and fauna with a breathtaking house reef offering excellent snorkeling opportunities. The transfer time from the airport is approximately 25 minutes by seaplane.

Facilities

The new resort, designed in a timeless style, offers a unique ambiance and is perfectly tailored to the needs of its guests. Modern technology combined with elegant luxury can be found in a total of 76 villas spread across the island. Amenities include a 24-hour reception with seating areas. For culinary delights, with a focus on "Healthy Food" and local products, there are several restaurants. The "Soul Kitchen" restaurant offers breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean, and the "Flames" restaurant serves delicacies from Neptune's realm. Cool refreshments are served at 2 bars: the main bar "WINK," where guests can dance to funky beats by the DJ in the evenings, and the pool bar "Solis." In the lushly planted garden, the swimming pool with a sun terrace invites relaxation and lingering. Umbrellas, sun loungers with cushions, and beach towels are provided free of charge.

Beach Villa

The Beach Villas are approximately 80 sqm and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, air conditioning, telephone, Apple TV, minibar (for a fee), safe, terrace with seating, and direct beach access. Available at an additional charge on the sunset side of the island.
From November 1, 2025, available as a Promo Beach Villa. These are the same villas, with limited availability.

Sunset Beach Villa Jacuzzi

The Sunset Beach Villas Jacuzzi, with the same amenities and size as the Beach Villas, additionally feature a Jacuzzi and are located on the sunset side of the island.

Water Villa

The Water Villas, with the same amenities as the Beach Villas, are larger (125 sqm) and additionally feature a bathtub and direct access to the lagoon.

Water Villa Jacuzzi

The Water Villas Jacuzzi, with the same amenities and size as the Water Villas, additionally feature a Jacuzzi.

Sunset Beach Villa with Pool

The Beach Villas with Pool are approximately 160 sqm and are located directly on the beach on the sunset side.
The villas feature an open-plan bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers, hairdryer, bathrobes, air conditioning, telephone, flat-screen TV with Apple TV, minibar (for a fee), safe, and an outdoor living area. A Jacuzzi and a private pool are also available to guests.

Meals

VP+

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet-style at the "Soul Kitchen" restaurant. Drinks (water, soft drinks, tea, and coffee) are included during meals. Guests receive a 20% discount on food at the à la carte restaurants.

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet-style at the "Soul Kitchen" restaurant. Alternatively, dinner can be enjoyed at the "Flames" restaurant with a set menu (reservations required). Additionally, brunch (10 AM - 11 AM) and afternoon tea (4 PM - 5 PM) are available at the "Wink." Selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available at the respective open bar (10 AM - 12 AM). Daily replenishment of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks in the minibar. Complimentary snorkeling equipment, kayaks, and paddleboards.

Speedboat: Operation for expected arrivals/departures between 5 AM and 11 PM. // Domestic flight: Operation for arrivals/departures between 9:30 AM and 4 PM. // Seaplane: Operation for arrivals/departures between 9 AM and 3 PM.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
There may be 1-2 intermediate landings on seaplane transfers.
For arrivals/departures outside the above times, in case of bad weather, or longer immigration waiting times, an overnight stay in Male may be necessary.
Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on the island's location) and currently most domestic flights only operate during the day. Therefore, an overnight stay in Male may be required.

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. For an occupancy of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, there may be only 1 or 2 large beds available in total. Consequently, it may happen that with 2 adults + 1 or 2 children in a room, a child has to sleep in the parents' bed! An extra bed cannot be guaranteed in advance and will be assigned on-site subject to availability.
