Location

The resort is located in the South Ari Atoll and boasts beautiful flora and fauna with a breathtaking house reef, offering excellent conditions for snorkeling. The transfer time from the airport is approximately 25 minutes by seaplane.

The new resort, designed in a timeless style, offers a distinctive ambiance and is perfectly tailored to the needs of its guests. Modern technology combined with elegant luxury can be found in a total of 76 villas spread across the island. Amenities include a 24-hour reception with seating areas. For culinary delights, with a focus on "Healthy Food" and local products, there are several restaurants. The "Soul Kitchen" restaurant with breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean, and the "Flames" restaurant offering delicacies from Neptune's realm. Cool refreshments are served at 2 bars, including the main bar "WINK," where evenings can be spent dancing to funky beats from the DJs, and at the pool bar "Solis." In the lushly planted garden area, the swimming pool with a sun terrace invites you to relax and unwind. Umbrellas, sun loungers with mattresses, and bath towels are provided free of charge.

Beach Villa

The Beach Villas are approximately 80 m² in size and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, air conditioning, telephone, Apple TV, minibar (for a fee), safe, terrace with seating and direct beach access. Available for an additional charge on the sunset side of the island.
From 1.11.25, can be booked as a Promo Beach Villa. These are the same villas, with limited availability.

Sunset Beach Villa Jacuzzi

The Sunset Beach Villas Jacuzzi have the same amenities and size as the Beach Villas, with the addition of a Jacuzzi, and are located on the sunset side of the island.

Water Villa

The Water Villas, with the same amenities as the Beach Villas, are larger (125 m²) and additionally feature a bathtub and direct access to the lagoon.

Water Villa Jacuzzi

The Water Villas Jacuzzi have the same amenities and size as the Water Villas, with the addition of a Jacuzzi.

Sunset Beach Villa with Pool

The Beach Villas with Pool are approximately 160 m² in size and are located directly on the beach on the sunset side.
The villas feature an open-plan bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower, hairdryer, bathrobes, air conditioning, telephone, flatscreen with Apple TV, minibar (for a fee), safe, and an outdoor living area. A Jacuzzi and a private pool are also available to guests.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet-style in the "Soul Kitchen" restaurant. Drinks (water, soft drinks, tea, and coffee) are included during meals. Guests receive a 20% discount on food in the à la carte restaurants.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet-style in the "Soul Kitchen" restaurant, or alternatively, dinner is served in set menu form at the "Flames" restaurant (reservations required). Additionally, brunch (10 AM - 11 AM) and afternoon tea (4 PM - 5 PM) are available at "Wink." Selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available at the open bar (10 AM - 12 AM). Daily refilling of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages in the minibar. Complimentary snorkeling equipment, kayaks, and paddleboards.

Hotel-independent transfer information:
Speedboat: Operation for approx. arrival/departure from 5 AM to 11 PM // Domestic (Domestic Flight): Operation for approx. arrival/departure from 9:30 AM to 4 PM // Seaplane: Operation expected for arrivals/departures from 9 AM to 3 PM.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
With seaplane transfers, there may be 1-2 intermediate landings.
For arrivals/departures outside the above times, in case of bad weather, or longer waiting times for entry, an overnight stay in Male may be required.
Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on the island's location) and currently mostly domestic flights are only operated during daylight hours. Therefore, an overnight stay in Male may be necessary.

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. For an occupancy of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, there may be a total of only 1 or 2 large beds available. Consequently, it may happen that for 2 adults + 1 or 2 children in one room, a child has to sleep in the parents' bed! An extra bed cannot be guaranteed in advance and will be allocated on-site based on availability.
