Location

The resort is located in the South Ari Atoll and features beautiful flora and fauna with a breathtaking house reef, offering ideal conditions for snorkeling. The transfer time from the airport is approx. 25 minutes by seaplane.

Facilities

This new resort features a timeless design and offers a distinctive ambiance perfectly tailored to guests' needs. Modern technology combined with elegant luxury is found in a total of 76 villas, which are spread across the entire island. Amenities include a 24-hour reception with seating areas. Several restaurants provide for guests' culinary well-being, with a focus on "healthy food" and local products. The "Soul Kitchen" restaurant offers breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean, while the "Flames" restaurant serves delicacies from Neptune's realm. Cool refreshments are served at 2 bars: the main bar "WINK," where you can dance the night away to funky beats from the DJ, and the "Solis" pool bar. In the lush garden area, the swimming pool with its sun terrace invites you to relax and unwind. Parasols, sun loungers with pads, and beach towels are available free of charge.

Beach Villa

The Beach Villas are approx. 80 m² and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, air conditioning, telephone, Apple TV, minibar (for a fee), safe, terrace with seating, and direct beach access (2BV). Can also be booked on the sunset side of the island for an extra charge (S2V).
Until 31.10.26, can also be booked as a Promo Beach Villa (PBV). These are the same villas, subject to limited availability.

Sunset Beach Villa Jacuzzi

The Sunset Beach Villas Jacuzzi feature the same layout and size as the Beach Villas, with the addition of a Jacuzzi, and are located on the sunset side of the island (SJV).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for young children. Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booking these room types.

Water Villa

The Water Villas have the same amenities as the Beach Villas but are larger (125 m²) and additionally feature a bathtub and direct access to the lagoon (2WV).
From 1.11.26, can optionally be booked as a Promo Water Villa (2HW). These are the same villas, subject to limited availability.

Water Villa Jacuzzi

The Water Villas Jacuzzi feature the same amenities and size as the Water Villas, with the additional feature of a Jacuzzi (JW2).

Sunset Beach Villa with Pool

The Beach Villas with Pool are approx. 160 m² and are located directly on the beach on the sunset side of the island.
The villas feature an open-plan bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower, hairdryer, bathrobes, air conditioning, telephone, flatscreen with Apple TV, minibar (for a fee), safe, and an outdoor living area. A Jacuzzi and private pool are also at the guests' disposal. (V2S)

Full Board+

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet in the "Soul Kitchen" restaurant. Drinks (water, soft drinks, tea, and coffee) included during meals. Guests receive a 20% discount on food at the à la carte restaurants.

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet in the "Soul Kitchen" restaurant, or alternatively, a set menu dinner at the "Flames" restaurant (reservation required). Additionally, brunch (10:00–11:00) and afternoon tea (16:00–17:00) at "Wink." Selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the respective open bar (10:00–24:00). Daily replenishment of non-alcoholic and alcoholic minibar drinks. Complimentary snorkeling equipment, kayaks, and paddleboards.

Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfers are possible.
There may be 1–2 stopovers on seaplane transfers.
For arrivals/departures outside these times, an overnight stay in Malé must be booked in advance. The costs for this are to be borne by the guest. Exceptions apply for changes due to flight delays, bad weather, or long waiting times upon entry (in such cases, our local agency will take care of a potential overnight stay).
Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on the island's location) as well as currently most domestic flights are only carried out during daylight hours. Therefore, an overnight stay in Malé may be necessary.

The luggage limit for seaplanes is 20 kg + 3 kg hand luggage per person. Excess baggage must be paid for on-site (approx. 5 USD per kg). Excess baggage is usually delivered by boat later.

In the Maldives, sinks or even bathtubs/whirlpools can be integrated openly into the general living area of the hotel room without spatial separation.

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. In the case of occupancy by 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, there may only be a total of 1 or 2 large beds available. Accordingly, it may happen that when 2 adults + 1 or 2 children share a room, a child must sleep in the parents' bed! An extra bed cannot be guaranteed in advance and is subject to availability on-site.
