Location

The Hondaafushi Island Resort is located in the northern, still almost untouched Haa Dhaalu Atoll. The tropical coral island (2000 m x 500 m) is surrounded by a wonderfully spacious, white sandy beach and a dreamlike lagoon with turquoise water. The island is characterized by its natural flora and fauna. The transfer time is approx. 50 minutes by domestic flight from Male Airport to Hanimadhoo or Kulhuduffushi Airport, followed by a further transfer of approx. 10-30 minutes by speedboat. All guests have access to the VIP lounge Moonimaa before their flight to Hanimadhoo or Kulhuduffushi.

The barefoot resort in Maldivian style features detached bungalows that blend harmoniously with nature and are located in the northeastern beach area of the island. Amenities include a reception area with an open lobby and seating, as well as a small library. The main restaurant with a sand floor is located directly on the beach, offers a magnificent view of the lagoon, and serves international cuisine. At the northern tip of the island, you'll find the swimming pool with a small separate children's pool and a sun terrace. The "Thila" pool bar also invites you to enjoy refreshing drinks and light snacks here. It's the ideal place to reflect on the day at sunset. Loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are available free of charge in limited numbers by the pool and on the beach.

Superior Beach Bungalow

The modernly furnished bungalows (approx. 56 m² including outdoor area) feature a semi-open bathroom with rain shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, and a furnished terrace facing the sea with direct beach access. (SBE/SBU/SB3)

Deluxe Beach Bungalow

The Deluxe Beach Bungalows, with the same amenities, are more spacious (approx. 89 m² including outdoor area) and additionally feature a capsule coffee machine (capsules for a fee) and a bathtub in the semi-open bathroom. (D11/D12/D13)
