Location

This exclusive resort is located in the beautiful Baa Atoll, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in the Maldives, known for its natural beauty and diverse underwater world. The first-class house reef is approx. 10-30 meters away, and numerous other dive and snorkel spots are in the vicinity. This stylish resort combines barefoot chic design with Maldivian elegance, offering the perfect retreat for travelers seeking relaxation and adventure alike. The transfer time from Malé airport is approx. 30 minutes by seaplane.

A special highlight is the approximately 1.5 km long sandbank, perfect for extended beach walks. The island features a modernly designed lobby with reception and seating areas, as well as a hairdresser, an Art Lab, and a library. Additionally, there are 125 luxurious villas, situated either on the beach or over the water. Many villas offer private pools, and the overwater villas provide direct access to the lagoon. The villas are spacious and modernly furnished, offering perfect comfort with elegant details and cozy lounge areas. The resort offers a diverse culinary experience in four unique restaurants. The all-day-dining main restaurant "Beach Kitchen" serves international and Maldivian dishes in a relaxed atmosphere throughout the day. "Kanusan" is known for its Asian-inspired cuisine and offers an elegant setting over the water. At "Arabian Grill," guests can enjoy exotic Middle Eastern dishes, while "Crab Shack," located in the middle of the sandbank with breathtaking views, serves fresh seafood and cocktails in a relaxed beach atmosphere. For cool refreshments, there are two bars spread across the island, offering the right atmosphere for everyone. At the edge of the island, overlooking the sandbank, is the large pool with a swim-up bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are provided free of charge.

Lagoon Villa

The Lagoon Villas are approximately 145m² and built on stilts over the water, overlooking the lagoon and the sandbank. They feature a separate outdoor bathroom with a bathtub and an outdoor shower, an indoor shower/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, flat-screen TV, a wine minibar (for a fee), and an espresso coffee machine, plus a large sundeck with direct access to the sea. Ocean Pool Villa

With the same amenities, these villas are approximately 180m² and additionally feature a 6m² private pool on the sundeck with daybeds and outdoor furniture, overlooking the ocean and the house reef. (O2W)

Beach Villa

With the same amenities as the Lagoon Villas, these are approximately 205m² and located directly on the beach within the tropical vegetation, featuring a private garden and terrace with outdoor furniture. (2BV) Optionally bookable with a private pool. (VPZ) Both rooms face the lagoon.
