Location

This exclusive resort is located in the beautiful Baa Atoll, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in the Maldives known for its natural beauty and diverse underwater life. The first-class house reef is approximately 10–30 meters away, and numerous other diving and snorkeling sites are in the immediate vicinity. This stylish resort combines barefoot-chic design with Maldivian elegance, offering the perfect retreat for travelers seeking both relaxation and adventure. The transfer time from Malé airport is approximately 30 minutes by seaplane.

A special highlight is the approximately 1.5 km long sandbank, which invites guests to take long beach walks. On the island, there is a modern lobby with a reception area and seating, as well as a hairdresser, an Art Lab, and a library. There are 125 luxurious villas, located either on the beach or over the water. Many villas offer private pools, and the overwater villas provide direct access to the lagoon. The villas are spacious and modern, featuring elegant details and cozy lounge areas for perfect comfort. The resort offers a diverse culinary experience in four unique restaurants. The all-day dining restaurant "Beach Kitchen" serves international and Maldivian dishes in a relaxed atmosphere. "Kanusan" is known for its Asian-inspired cuisine and offers an elegant setting over the water. In the "Arabian Grill," guests enjoy exotic Middle Eastern dishes, while the "Crab Shack," located in the middle of the sandbank with breathtaking views, serves freshly caught seafood and cocktails in a relaxed beach atmosphere. Two bars distributed across the island provide refreshing drinks and offer the perfect ambiance for everyone. At the edge of the island, overlooking the sandbank, is the large pool with a swim-up bar. Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are available free of charge.

Lagoon Villa

The Lagoon Villas are approx. 145m² in size and built on stilts over the water with views of the lagoon and the sandbank. They feature a separate outdoor bathroom with a bathtub and outdoor shower, indoor shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, flat-screen TV, wine minibar (for a fee), and espresso coffee machine, as well as a large sun deck and direct access to the sea. Ocean Pool Villa

With the same features, these are approx. 180m² and additionally include a 6m² private pool on the sun deck with daybeds and outdoor furniture, overlooking the sea and the house reef. (O2W)

Beach Villa

With the same features as the Lagoon Villas, these are approx. 205m² and built directly on the beach amidst tropical vegetation, featuring a private garden and a terrace with outdoor furniture. (2BV)
