The Serai Double Rooms (D/DE) are approx. 33m² and are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, safe, and minibar (water and soft drinks included). The rooms have a beautiful view of the Hajar Mountains and are located in the Serai Wing.
Available for an extra charge as Serai Terrace Double Rooms (DT2/DT1) with a large balcony and views over the garden, or Serai Sea View Double Rooms (DM/DEM).

Deluxe Double Room

The Deluxe Double Rooms (DD2/DD1) are approx. 39m² and are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, safe, and minibar (water and soft drinks included). The rooms have a beautiful view of the pond or the Hajar Mountains and are located in the Chedi Wing.

Deluxe Club Room

The Deluxe Club Rooms (2TY/1TY) are approx. 39m² and are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, safe, minibar (water and soft drinks included), and a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a beautiful view of the pond or the Hajar Mountains and are located in the Chedi Wing.
Additionally, the rooms offer the following amenities:

Destination information

Local customs and etiquette:
The Omanis are known for their warmth and hospitality. Visitors should respect local customs by dressing conservatively, especially at religious sites. Public displays of affection are generally avoided, and loud or disruptive behavior is discouraged.
Photography and drones:
Always ask for permission before taking photos of people. Avoid taking photos of government buildings and military sites. Flying drones without a license is illegal.
Alcohol and e-cigarettes:
Alcohol can be purchased and consumed in licensed places such as hotels and restaurants; the legal minimum age for alcohol consumption is 21 years. It is also possible for visitors to shop at the airport's duty-free. Public drunkenness is prohibited. E-cigarettes are illegal in Oman.

Seasonal information

During the fasting month of Ramadan, there may be restrictions in hotel operations. Furthermore, hotels may use this time for maintenance and minor renovations, which could lead to inconveniences such as pool closures, etc. Additionally, some restaurants may close, as meals may not be served everywhere.
The hotel entertainment program may be canceled or restricted.
During Ramadan, eating, drinking, and smoking in public areas is not permitted.

Entry requirements

German citizens can enter Oman visa-free for up to 14 days. Entry into Oman requires a passport valid for at least 6 months after arrival, as well as a return ticket, a confirmed hotel reservation, health insurance, and sufficient financial means for the stay.
