Serai Double Room

The Serai Double Rooms (D/DE) are approximately 33m² in size and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, safe, and minibar (water and soft drinks included). The rooms offer a beautiful view of the Hajar Mountains and are located in the Serai Wing.
Also available at an additional charge are Serai Double Rooms with Terrace (DT2/DT1) with a large balcony and garden view, or Serai Double Rooms with Sea View (DM/DEM).

Deluxe Double Room

The Deluxe Double Rooms (DD2/DD1) are approximately 39m² in size and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, safe, and minibar (water and soft drinks included). The rooms have a beautiful view of the pond or the Hajar Mountains and are located in the Chedi Wing.

Deluxe Club Room

The Deluxe Club Rooms (2TY/1TY) are approximately 39m² in size and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, safe, minibar (water and soft drinks included), and a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a beautiful view of the pond or the Hajar Mountains and are located in the Chedi Wing.
Additionally, the rooms include the following amenities:
- Afternoon tea
- Evening cocktails and canapés in the Club Lounge
- Laundry service for 15 items per day. Drying is not included.

Chedi Club Suite

The Chedi Club Suites (CSL) are approximately 67m² in size and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, safe, minibar (water and soft drinks included), and a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a separate bedroom and a separate living room.

Destination information

Local Customs and Etiquette:
Omanis are known for their warmth and hospitality. Visitors are advised to respect local customs by dressing modestly, especially at religious sites. Public displays of affection are generally avoided, and loud or disruptive behavior is discouraged.
Photography and Drones:
Always ask for permission before photographing people. Avoid taking photos of government buildings and military installations. Flying drones without a license is illegal.
Alcohol and E-cigarettes:
Alcohol can be purchased and consumed at licensed venues such as hotels and restaurants, with the legal minimum age for alcohol consumption being 21. Visitors may also purchase alcohol at the airport duty-free shop. Public intoxication is prohibited. E-cigarettes are illegal in Oman.

Seasonal information

During the fasting month of Ramadan, there may be restrictions in hotel operations. Additionally, hotels may use this time for maintenance and minor renovations, which could lead to disruptions such as pool closures, etc. Furthermore, some restaurants may be closed as meals are not served everywhere.
The hotel's entertainment program will be canceled or limited.
During Ramadan, eating, drinking, and smoking in public places are not permitted.
