Location

The Hotel El Mansour is located directly on one of the most beautiful, gently sloping sandy beaches in Mahdia on the Tunisian east coast. The beach extends for about 20 km and invites you to take long walks and enjoy swimming. The surrounding area is predominantly tourist-oriented; the hotel itself impresses with its elegant architecture in the Moorish-Andalusian style. Mahdia city center is about 3 km away, and shopping facilities are only about 1 km away. A bus stop is 200 m from the hotel. Monastir International Airport is around 50 km away, and Enfidha Airport is approx. 125 km away.

Facilities

The hotel (formerly One Resort El Mansour) has 307 rooms, 257 of which are in the main building and 50 in the bungalow area. The bungalow area is approx. 30-100m from the main building. Hotel amenities include the lobby with reception, two indoor pools (one is closed from June-August, the indoor pool in the wellness area is subject to a fee), a main restaurant, 3 themed restaurants ("Cape Nao" with Mediterranean specialties, "Al Sofra" with Tunisian specialties, and "Be Beach" directly on the beach (for a fee)), and several bars as well as a Moorish café (for a fee). A portion of the rooms and the restaurants were freshly renovated in the summer of 2025.
The outdoor area features a spacious pool with a separate children's pool and 4 slides. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels (against deposit) are available on the sun terrace. The beach bar is located on the beach. Umbrellas and sun loungers are also available.

Double room

These rooms have a bathroom with shower and separate toilet, hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning (15.6.-15.9.), safe, telephone, mini-fridge (one bottle of water and one soft drink included on arrival), balcony or terrace (D). Double rooms with pool view (PD) or sea view (DM) can be booked for an additional charge. They are also available for single occupancy (DE, DEM, DEP) or for single occupancy with a child (D1K, D1M, D1P).
Alternatively, they can also be booked as economy rooms at a special price (limited availability) (SSZ).

Superior Bungalow

The bungalows have the same amenities as the double rooms and additionally include a small garden area. They are located in the second row from the beach (B12).

Family Room

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms, but are more spacious with an additional bedroom (DF2). Family rooms with sea view can also be booked for an additional charge (F2M).

Superior Double Room

While having the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are renovated and feature a more modern look (DSU, ESU, 1DS). Superior double rooms with sea view (DMU), as well as for single occupancy (ESU/EMU) and single occupancy with a child (1DS/1SS) can also be booked for an additional charge.

Breakfast (7-10 AM), lunch (12:30-2:30 PM) and dinner (6-9 PM) are served buffet-style. Reservations are required for dinner at the themed restaurants (restaurants "Cape Nao" and "Al Sofra" are included). Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are also included.
Snacks and drinks are available to guests in "Joe's Lounge" around the clock.

Sports included

The hotel has three tennis courts with free racket and ball rental (tennis lessons and floodlights are available for a fee). Other sports facilities include table tennis, badminton, volleyball, basketball, beach volleyball, beach soccer, water polo, boccia, darts, and frisbee. In addition, regular sports tournaments are held.
The fitness and wellness area offers aerobics, step aerobics, power aerobics, dance aerobics, aqua gym, power stepping, Nordic walking, jump rope, morning jogging with a guide, and guided walks.

Sports for a fee

The hotel has three tennis courts with free racket and ball rental (tennis lessons and floodlights are available for a fee). In addition, various water sports activities are provided by local providers.

Children's program

A diverse entertainment program is offered for children and teenagers aged 3 to 17, adapted to their age groups. This includes group games, board games, and various tournaments in sports such as soccer, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, tennis, and various water and beach games (e.g., water polo, beach volleyball, water polo). Fitness activities for older children and teenagers are also part of the program.
Creative and mentally stimulating activities such as painting, puzzles, sensory and cognitive games, as well as theater performances, foster imagination and social interaction. For younger children, there are also activities such as afternoon cinema, kids' disco, beach parties, and special mealtimes ("Krick Krack") accompanied by a member of the animation team.
Special highlights include the "Kids' Circle of Life" and "Healthy Kids" programs for the little ones, as well as the "Music Factory" with music and dance competitions for older children and teenagers. Teenagers can also enjoy a special event with a movie night that lasts into the night.
Additionally, there is a children's pool.

Wellness

The Thalassotherapy Center BLUE Spa (for a fee) offers various treatments such as massages, hydromassages, seawater therapy, algae treatments, sauna, hammam, as well as an indoor pool (100 sqm) and a beauty salon.
