Location

The unique "Le Mersenne Zanzibar" is located on the picturesque Michamwi Peninsula, directly on a pristine beach. Another dream beach, "Paje Beach," is 12 km away, and the "Michamvi Sandbank" is 1 km away. The transfer to the hotel from the international airport takes approximately 1.5 hours, depending on traffic. The hotel is about an 80-minute drive from Stone Town, the oldest part of Zanzibar City.

The luxury hotel, newly opened in December 2022, comprises 61 elegant rooms with modern design and traditional African craftsmanship. Here, guests can enjoy international and culinary delights at the "La Mer" restaurant right by the sea, experiencing local culture and flavors. The first-class hospitality ensures a relaxing and restful holiday. The outdoor area features a swimming pool, a bar, and another à la carte restaurant (Roof-top BBQ, for lunch and dinner for a fee). There is also a lobby bar and a fitness room.

Deluxe Double Room Ojima Garden View (G2W)

The spacious rooms (approx. 75 sqm) feature an elegant African design with a king-size bed, luxurious bedding, free Wi-Fi, a modern semi-open bathroom with a bathtub (in the room) and a separate shower, high-quality amenities, a hairdryer, mini-fridge, living/seating area, free coffee and tea maker, safe, air conditioning, and a furnished balcony with a garden view. Same amenities as the Deluxe Double Room Ojima, plus a furnished balcony with a breathtaking sea view. Also bookable for single occupancy (1OD).

Karibu Double Villa Sea View (M2V)

Same amenities as the Deluxe Double Room Ojima, but larger (approx. 100 sqm) and features a balcony with a small plunge pool offering beautiful sea views. Also bookable for single occupancy (M1V).
