Location

Hotel L'Archipel is nestled in lush vegetation, offering a luxurious and tranquil retreat directly on the picturesque bay of "Anse Gouvernement" in the northeast of the island. Due to the hillside location of the family-run resort, almost all areas of the hotel offer a breathtaking view of the azure ocean. The transfer from Mahé airport takes approximately 20 minutes to the harbor, then a ferry to Praslin island (approx. 75 minutes), followed by about a 15-minute drive from the harbor to the hotel.

Facilities

The hotel combines Creole flair with modern comfort, offering 32 modern and elegant rooms spread across the resort. Amenities include a reception area with seating, a souvenir shop, a boutique, and a hairdresser, as well as two bars. Culinary delights are provided by the main restaurant "La Feuille D'Or" and the à la carte restaurant "La Gigolette Beachfront," both serving international and Creole cuisine. In the tropical outdoor area, there is an infinity freshwater swimming pool. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are provided free of charge.

For your international inbound and outbound flights to/from Mahé, please consider the ferry times for hotel bookings on the neighboring islands (e.g., Praslin/La Digue). If you arrive after 1 p.m. or depart before 12 p.m., a transfer to/from Praslin/La Digue cannot be guaranteed. In case of arrival/departure outside the above times due to flight delays, bad weather, or long waiting times at immigration, our local agency will arrange an overnight stay in Mahé for you. If your booked flight times fall outside the above timeframes, please book an overnight stay in Mahé through your travel agency.
