Location

Hotel L'Archipel is nestled in lush vegetation and serves as a luxurious and tranquil retreat, located directly on the picturesque bay of "Anse Gouvernement" in the northeast of the island. Thanks to the hillside location of this family-run resort, almost all areas of the hotel offer breathtaking views of the azure ocean. The transfer from Mahé Airport takes approximately 20 minutes by car to the port, followed by a ferry trip to the island of Praslin (approx. 75 minutes), and a final 15-minute drive from the port to the hotel.

Facilities

The hotel combines Creole flair with modern comfort and offers 32 contemporary and elegant rooms distributed throughout the property. Amenities include a reception area with seating, a souvenir shop, a boutique, a hairdresser, and two bars. Culinary delights are provided by the main restaurant "La Feuille D'Or" and the à-la-carte restaurant "La Gigolette Beachfront," both serving international and Creole cuisine. An infinity freshwater swimming pool is located in the tropical garden area. Sun loungers, parasols, and bath towels are provided free of charge.

The senior suites are approx. 65 m² in size and feature air conditioning, a bathroom with a bathtub (in some cases) and a separate shower/toilet, hairdryer, walk-in closet, living area with seating corner, TV, telephone, minibar, coffee/tea maker, safe, Wi‑Fi, and a balcony or terrace. The comfortably and generously furnished suites offer an exclusive living atmosphere for a relaxing stay.

In the event of arrival/departure outside the specified times due to flight delays, adverse weather, or long waiting times at immigration, our local agency will assist in arranging an overnight stay on Mahé. If your booked flight times fall outside these windows, please book an overnight stay on Mahé through your travel agency.
