Location

Nestled amidst lush vegetation, Hotel L'Archipel offers a luxurious and tranquil retreat directly on the picturesque bay of "Anse Gouvernement" in the northeastern part of the island. Due to the hillside location of the family-run resort, almost all areas of the hotel boast a breathtaking view of the azure ocean. The transfer from Mahé Airport takes approximately 20 minutes to the port, followed by a ferry to Praslin Island (approx. 75 minutes) and then a roughly 15-minute drive from the port to the hotel.

Facilities

The hotel blends Creole flair with modern comfort, offering 32 modern and elegant rooms spread throughout the resort. Amenities include a reception area with seating, a souvenir shop, a boutique, and a hairdresser, as well as two bars. Culinary delights are provided by the main restaurant "La Feuille D'Or" and the à la carte restaurant "La Gigolette Beachfront," both serving international and Creole cuisine. In the tropical outdoor area, you'll find the infinity freshwater swimming pool. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are provided free of charge.

Please note that an eco-sustainability fee is charged locally. This fee is payable in cash directly to the hotel per person and night and currently ranges between €1.80 and €7.20 (depending on the size of the hotel). Children under 13 years are exempt from this regulation.
For your international round-trip flight to/from Mahé, please observe ferry times for hotel bookings on the neighboring islands (e.g., Praslin/La Digue). If you arrive after 1 PM or depart before 12 PM, a transfer to/from Praslin/La Digue cannot be guaranteed. In case of arrival/departure outside the aforementioned times due to flight delays, bad weather, or extended waiting times for immigration, our local agency will arrange an overnight stay in Mahé for you. If your booked flight times fall outside the specified periods, please book an overnight stay in Mahé through your travel agent.
