Location

The Veranda Tamarin resort is located in the mythical Tamarin Bay. In the immediate vicinity is the beach, which is perfectly suited for surfing as well as watching dolphins. From the rooftop bar, you can enjoy not only exotic cocktails but also a legendary view over the bay and the sea. The capital, Port-Louis, is approximately 35 km away. The transfer time from the airport is about 1 hour.

Facilities

The resort comprises 102 rooms spread over 2 floors. Facilities include a lobby with a reception area. Three restaurants and 3 bars cater to your culinary needs. Among these are the "Ye! Man" restaurant with international cuisine and the "Tribu" restaurant with fresh pizza and unique snacks. Outside, there is a swimming pool, and on the rooftop terrace, there is another pool and a bar (adults only). Sun umbrellas, sun loungers, and beach towels are provided free of charge.

The Superior rooms (approx. 31 m²) feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, minibar, telephone, coffee/tea maker, TV, free Wi-Fi, and a balcony or terrace. The rooms are designed on two levels (maisonette) and offer an additional sleeping area on the gallery. (DSU)

Travelers can rent an e-bike or electric scooter for a full day free of charge from as little as four nights, or take part in a street food tour and visit the salt pans of Yémen from seven nights. With a two-week stay, guests can choose from a varied range of two to three excursions or experiences in this way at no extra cost and discover the island and the surroundings.
Whether a hike at sunset, kayaking, sport fishing, or a visit to the coffee roastery – a total of 17 offers are available to choose from.
