The exceptionally located complex consists of six traditional Moroccan Riads, each only a few minutes' walk apart. A Riad is a typical Oriental townhouse with an inner courtyard and individual charm – ideal for those who want to experience authentic living instead of a classic hotel. The Riads are situated in the heart of the vibrant Medina of Marrakech, thus combining a central old town location with the surprisingly quiet atmosphere typical of Riads, hidden behind thick walls. In the lively surroundings, you will find numerous shops, souks, cafés, and cultural highlights. A shuttle service is available for additional convenience at a fee. Marrakech Airport is only about 7 km away, ensuring a straightforward arrival and departure.

Facilities

This charming hotel, dating back to the late 19th century, offers 42 accommodation units spread across six different Riads. A Riad is a traditional Moroccan house or palace with a courtyard or garden. This hotel skillfully combines local style with Asian influences, creating an inviting atmosphere. The well-maintained grounds feature a panoramic roof terrace and an idyllic courtyard. The plunge pool and sun terraces invite relaxation, while sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are provided by the swimming pool. Additionally, the hotel offers a main restaurant called "Si Said Restaurant," a cozy fireplace lounge, a library, and a TV room. Parking is available directly at the hotel for your convenience.

Accommodation

Studio

The Studios (S12) are traditionally and brightly furnished and have a size of approx. 16-19 m². The rooms are equipped with a double bed or two single beds and feature air conditioning, minibar, safe, Wi-Fi, bath/shower, and toilet.
Also bookable for single occupancy (S11).

Deluxe Double Room

The Deluxe Double Rooms (DD2, approx. 20 m²) have similar amenities to the Studios and are decorated in a more traditional style.
Also bookable for single occupancy (DD1).

Junior Suite

The elegantly designed Junior Suites (JS2) are approx. 29-37 m² in size and feature 1 King-size bed. Amenities also include air conditioning, minibar, safe, Wi-Fi, bath/shower, toilet, and bathrobes.
Also bookable for single occupancy (JS1).

Meals

Breakfast, Half Board or Full Board

Start your day with a delicious breakfast served from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM in the main restaurant. Enjoy a wonderful lunch between 12 PM and 3 PM, and end the evening with an exquisite dinner from 7 PM to 11 PM. Our main restaurant offers culinary highlights at any time of day. All meals are served à la carte.

Children's program

A babysitting service is available on request and for a fee daily from 9 AM to 8 PM. For the little guests, there is a special children's menu in the main restaurant, lovingly prepared to meet the needs and desires of children.
