The uniquely located property consists of six traditional Moroccan riads, each just a few minutes' walk from one another. A riad is a typical oriental town house with an inner courtyard and individual charm – perfect for those who prefer an authentic stay over a classic hotel. The riads are situated in the heart of the vibrant medina of Marrakech, combining a central old-town location with the characteristic and surprising tranquility found behind the thick walls of these riads. The lively surroundings offer numerous shopping opportunities, souks, cafés, and cultural highlights. For added convenience, a shuttle service is available for a fee. Marrakech Airport is only about 7 km away, ensuring easy arrival and departure.

Accommodation

This enchanting hotel from the late 19th century offers 42 units spread across six different riads. A riad is a traditional Moroccan house or palace with an inner courtyard or garden. This hotel skillfully blends local style with Asian influences, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The well-maintained grounds feature a panoramic rooftop terrace and an idyllic inner courtyard. The plunge pool and sun terraces invite you to relax, while loungers, parasols, and bath towels are provided at the swimming pool. Additionally, the hotel offers a main restaurant called "Si Said Restaurant," a cozy fireplace room, a library, and a TV room. For your convenience, parking is available directly at the hotel.

Accommodation

Studio

The studios (S12) are traditionally and brightly furnished and measure approximately 16-19 m². The rooms are equipped with one double bed or two single beds and feature air conditioning, a minibar, a safe, Wi-Fi, a bath/shower, and a toilet.
Also available for single occupancy (S11).

Deluxe Double Room

The Deluxe double rooms (DD2, approx. 20 m²) feature similar amenities to the studios but are decorated in a more traditional local style.
Also available for single occupancy (DD1).

Junior Suite

The elegantly designed junior suites (JS2) are approximately 29-37 m² in size and feature one king-size bed. Amenities also include air conditioning, a minibar, a safe, Wi-Fi, a bath/shower, a toilet, and bathrobes.
Also available for single occupancy (JS1).

Meals

Breakfast, half board, or full board

Start your day with a delicious breakfast, served in the main restaurant from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Enjoy a wonderful lunch between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., and end the evening with an exquisite dinner from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Our main restaurant awaits you with culinary highlights at any time of day. All meals are served à la carte.

Children's program

A babysitting service is available upon request and for a fee daily from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. For our younger guests, the main restaurant offers a special children's menu, lovingly prepared to meet their needs and preferences.
