Travel information

The travel package you have selected has a duration of 14 nights and includes various individual services.
Accommodation on the specified ship (or similar) is for seven nights according to the itinerary. The pre- and post-cruise stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day.
Embarkation on the MS Nile Serenity is on Sunday.

Notice

The Nile combination tours are always combined with a beach stay. The cruise during the entire offer period is always one week and without interruption. Stays at the beach hotels can vary. This means that one or more overnight stays can also begin before the Nile cruise.

Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
After breakfast, excursion to West Thebes to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon sail to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
After breakfast, visit to the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3).
Lunch on board and sail to Kom Ombo with a visit to the double temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
After breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Then visit to the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon Felucca sailing on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then visit to a Nubian village (3).

Early morning at 3:30 AM, opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast package is included.

After breakfast, free time. You will have a day to relax and enjoy the ship while sailing downstream to Luxor.

Facilities

The completely renovated 5-star Nile ship has a total of 40 beautiful outside cabins and suites spread across three decks. All cabins and suites have a balcony. Furthermore, the luxurious ship has a main restaurant, a reception, as well as a lounge bar and a small bazaar. The ship also offers the opportunity to stay fit in the fitness area. The pool on the sun deck invites you to cool off and relax. Enjoy the outdoor pool with breathtaking views of the Nile. Bath towels are provided free of charge.

Executive Cabin

The Executive Cabins (KEX) are approx. 20 sqm and equipped with a private bathroom, shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, minibar, safe, and a balcony (approx. 2 sqm).
The Executive Cabins are located on the middle and upper decks.

Suite

The Suites (S2) are equipped like the Executive Cabins, but larger (approx. 27 sqm). The beautiful balcony with a view of the Nile is approx. 3 sqm and invites you to linger. The Suites are located on the Main Deck, Middle Deck, and Upper Deck.

Economy Cabin

With the same amenities as the Executive Cabins, but slightly smaller.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (R2S) are more spacious (approx. 34 sqm) with similar amenities to the Executive Cabin and also equipped with a balcony of approx. 4 sqm. They also feature a sofa and two armchairs in the integrated living area.
The Royal Suites are located on all three decks.

Location

The resort of the renowned Steigenberger chain is located in a quiet area, directly on the gently sloping hotel's own sandy beach with a unique house reef in Madinat Coraya.
Madinat Coraya Bay is a dream holiday destination that offers ideal conditions for diving and snorkeling enthusiasts. The underwater world is home to countless rare fish species. The distance to Port Ghalib and Marsa Alam Airport is approximately 8 km.

Facilities

The spacious adults-only (bookable from 16 years) hotel complex with a total of 364 elegant rooms has a warm and oriental ambiance. The facilities include a welcoming lobby with a reception, so you feel comfortable from the first moment, as well as several shops, an amphitheater, and a Bedouin tent. For culinary variety, there is a main restaurant, an à la carte restaurant ("Fayrouz" - Mediterranean cuisine), and various bars.
Furthermore, Madinat Coraya offers a Dine Around: one visit per stay to the Italian à la carte "Basilico Restaurant", the Asian "Rocca" restaurant, or the oriental "Zaytoun" is included for All Inclusive guests (reservation required).
Outdoors, there are 3 pools (one of which is heated) and a pool/beach bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge at the hotel's private beach and by the pools.

The newly bookable Schauinsland-Reisen Original Rooms (XO2) are equipped like the Superior Double Rooms and offer sea views. The rooms are guaranteed to be on the 2nd or 3rd floor of the hotel, offering a breathtaking view of the Red Sea.

Breakfast from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, lunch from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and dinner from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM, all served buffet-style. Various snacks are available during the day for in-between.
Afternoon tea time with a selection of coffee, tea, and cake from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM and ice cream from 10 AM to 5 PM.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as fresh juice, from 10 AM to 12 AM. "Pharao Club" guests receive one dinner in an à la carte restaurant per stay (in "Fayruz"), reservation required. A fruit basket upon arrival.
