Location

The friendly resort is located in the heart of Port Ghalib directly on a private, expansive sandy beach on the Red Sea. The offshore house reef offers a diverse and colorful underwater world for divers and snorkelers. The modern Port Ghalib marina is just a short walk from the resort and features various shops, restaurants, and bars. Marsa Alam International Airport is approximately 5 km away.

Together with its sister hotel "Albatros Sands Port Ghalib" (RMF072), this large resort forms a shared hotel complex. The "Albatros Oasis Port Ghalib" has 205 rooms distributed between a main building and several annexes. Guests are welcomed in a spacious lobby with a reception. Five restaurants cater to culinary needs: the buffet restaurant "Souq El Hana" with international cuisine, the à-la-carte "Cardamom Beach Restaurant" with Mediterranean specialties, "Soprano" with Italian cuisine, the "Lagoon Restaurant," and the à-la-carte "Tagine Restaurant." The culinary offering is complemented by six bars spread throughout the grounds. The expansive and beautifully landscaped outdoor area features two swimming pools (heatable in winter), a children's pool, and a saltwater lagoon. The lazy river and two water slides provide extra water fun. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are provided free of charge for guests by the pool and at the beach. The Aqua Park offers 10 water slides for adults and 13 slides for children, ensuring fun for all age groups. Additionally, two large, heated pools with comfortable sun loungers are available so that guests can enjoy the Aqua Park in any weather. The Aqua Park is available exclusively to guests of Pickalbatros Palace, Sand, and Oasis Port Ghalib. The park is open from May to October from 10:00 AM–1:00 PM and 2:00 PM–7:00 PM, and from November to April from 10:00 AM–1:00 PM and 2:00 PM–4:30 PM, giving guests plenty of time to make the most of their visit and create lasting memories.

Double room

The friendly, well-appointed double rooms (D) are approx. 35 m² and are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar (fee applies), safe, telephone, coffee/tea maker, and a balcony or terrace.
For an additional charge, they can be booked with pool view (PD) or for single occupancy (DE/PDE).
Also available as a Double Room Type I (DI) with limited availability and special pricing.

Double Room Deluxe (RMFA42)

The Double Room Deluxe are similar to the double rooms (DD2). Optionally bookable with occupancy for 3 adults (DD3) and with pool view (DPB).

Double Room Lagoon View

The Double Room Lagoon View (L2Z) has the same facilities as the double rooms and offers a beautiful view of the lagoon.
Also bookable for single occupancy (L1Z).

Family Room Garden View (RMFA42)

The Family Room Garden View (F2G) is similar in features to the double rooms, but is larger at approx. 42 m² and offers a magnificent view of the garden.

Family Room Connecting Door

The Family Rooms (FAV) consist of two double rooms with a connecting door.
In Summer 2023, also bookable with pool view (FVP) or lagoon view (LFV) for an extra charge.

Junior Suite Lagoon View (RMFA42)

The tastefully furnished Junior Suites (JS2) are similar in features to the double rooms, but are larger at approx. 56 m² and offer a lagoon view.

Early bird breakfast from 4:00 AM–7:00 AM, breakfast from 7:00 AM–10:00 AM, late riser breakfast from 10:00 AM–11:00 AM, lunch from 12:30 PM–2:30 PM, and dinner from 6:30 PM–9:00 PM in buffet style.
Dinner can be taken in the international, Mediterranean, Italian, Lagoon, or Tagine restaurant. Additionally, a midnight dinner is offered from 10:30 PM–12:00 AM.
Afternoon snacks from 12:00 PM–5:00 PM.
Local alcoholic beverages from 10:00 AM–12:00 AM. Selected cocktails are already included in the All-Inclusive offer at no extra charge.
