Location

The friendly resort is located in the heart of Port Ghalib directly on a private and spacious sandy beach by the Red Sea. The offshore house reef offers a varied and colorful underwater world for divers and snorkelers. The modern marina of Port Ghalib is just a short walk from the resort and offers various shops, restaurants, and bars. Marsa Alam International Airport is approximately 5 km away.

The large hotel complex forms a combined resort with the sister hotel "Albatros Sands Port Ghalib" (RMF072). The "Albatros Oasis Port Ghalib" has 205 rooms distributed between a main building and several annex buildings. Guests are welcomed in a spacious lobby with a reception. Five restaurants cater to culinary needs: the buffet restaurant "Souq El Hana" with international cuisine, the "Cardamom Beach Restaurant" with Mediterranean specialties, the "Soprano" with Italian cuisine, the "Lagoon Restaurant", and the "Tagine Restaurant". The culinary offer is complemented by a total of six bars distributed throughout the grounds. In the expansive and beautifully landscaped outdoor area, there are two swimming pools (heatable in winter), a children's pool, and a saltwater lagoon. The lazy river and two water slides provide special water fun. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are available to guests free of charge at the pool and beach. The Aqua Park offers 10 water slides for adults and 13 slides for children, ensuring fun for all age groups. Additionally, there are two large, heated pools with comfortable sun loungers, allowing guests to enjoy the Aqua Park in any weather. The Aqua Park is exclusively available to guests of the Pickalbatros Palace, Sands, and Oasis Port Ghalib hotels. The park is open from May to October from 10:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 19:00, and from November to April from 10:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 16:30, giving guests plenty of time to make the most of their visit and create lasting memories.

Double Room

The comfortably furnished double rooms (D) are approximately 35 m² in size and are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), safe, telephone, coffee and tea making facilities, and a balcony or terrace.
Also available with pool view (PD) or for single occupancy (DE/PDE) at an extra charge.
Can also be booked as a Double Room Type I (DI) with limited availability at a special rate.

Double Room Deluxe (RMFA42)

The Deluxe Double Rooms correspond to the Double Rooms (DD2). Optionally also available with occupancy for 3 adults (DD3) and with pool view (DPB).

Double Room Lagoon View

The Double Rooms with lagoon view (L2Z) feature the same amenities as the double rooms and offer a beautiful view of the lagoon.
Also available for single occupancy (L1Z).

Family Room Garden View (RMFA42)

The Family Rooms Garden View (F2G) are similar in features to the double rooms, but are larger at approx. 42m² and offer a wonderful view of the garden.

Family Room Connecting Door

The family rooms (FAV) consist of two double rooms with a connecting door.
In summer 2023, also available with pool view (FVP) or lagoon view (LFV) at an extra charge.
(Additionally bookable under RMFA42 as Fam. Room Connecting Door for 3 adults (RFB) and with garden view (FAV)).

The tastefully furnished Junior Suites (JS2) are similar in features to the double rooms, but are larger at approx. 56m² and offer a lagoon view.

Dinner can be taken in the international, Mediterranean, Italian, Lagoon, or Tagine restaurant.
Afternoon snacks from 12:00 to 17:00.
Local alcoholic drinks from 10:00 to 24:00. Selected cocktails are already included in the All-Inclusive offer at no extra charge.

Guests have the option to organize the visa themselves or purchase it upon arrival from the Schauinsland-Reisen representative for 35 € per person.
