Location

The newly built SUNRISE Anjum Resort Grand Select, which first opened in April 2024, impresses with its modern Bohemian style. The resort is located directly on a dreamlike, hotel-owned sandy lagoon beach, providing perfect conditions for snorkelers and divers. A jetty facilitates entry into deeper water. Marsa Alam airport is approximately 90 kilometers from the hotel.

The Schauinsland-Reisen original hotel was built in an elegant Bohemian style and features 203 rooms and suites distributed across various buildings. The complex has a reception area with seating and an adjoining outdoor terrace. In the outdoor area of the complex, there are five different pools, including a splash pool, an infinity whirlpool, an adults-only pool (Oasis Pool), as well as an island and kids pool (all pools can be heated in winter). Restaurants include the Boscage Restaurant (international cuisine, open buffet), the à-la-carte restaurant "Manzoku" (Asian cuisine), and "Basilico," which operates as an international à-la-carte restaurant until the evening and as an Italian à-la-carte restaurant in the evening. All à-la-carte restaurants are included and can be visited daily with a reservation. Snacks are available to guests at the "Indigo Terrace" bar. A total of seven different bars, one of which is adults-only, offer a selection of drinks. Additionally, the holiday resort features a spa area, a gym, a beauty salon, a mini-club, and various shops.

The modernly furnished rooms (DSU, approx. 40 m²) are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, Wi-Fi, safe, minibar, seating area, and balcony.

The family rooms (2FA) offer the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms and include a bunk bed.

Family Suite

The rooms (2FS) have the same features as the Superior Double Rooms but are larger (approx. 50 m²) and consist of two bedrooms separated by a door (one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds), a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace.

Junior Pool Suite

Same amenities as the Superior Double Room, but more spacious (2YZ, approx. 60 m²), with a small seating area and a terrace with access to a small private pool. Bookable for single use (1YZ).

Executive Suite

The Executive Suites are larger than the Superior Double Rooms (ES2, approx. 70 m²) with similar features. The rooms have a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a dressing room, a bathroom with a separate shower, a seating area, and a terrace.
Also bookable as a swim-up room with direct access to a sharing pool (EXG).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.

Junior Suite Swim Up

Same amenities as the Superior Double Room, but more spacious (SUJ, approx. 60 m²). These rooms additionally feature access to a communal swim-up pool. Also bookable for single use (SUE).

Deluxe Beach Front

The rooms (S2U) are approx. 45 m² and feature a terrace with similar amenities to the double rooms. The rooms are located in immediate proximity to the beach and feature a bedroom with a queen-size bed as well as a living area.

Anjum Jacuzzi Suite Sea View

The Anjum Jacuzzi Suite (S2J) is approx. 80 m² and consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed as well as a living area. With otherwise similar features, the rooms additionally include a balcony with a jacuzzi and a view of the sea.

The main restaurant "Boscage" offers breakfast including coffee and tea as well as various freshly squeezed juices (7:00-10:30 a.m.), lunch (1:00-3:00 p.m.), and dinner (7:00-10:00 p.m.) in buffet form. Upon request, the following à-la-carte restaurants are also unlimitedly included (subject to availability and with prior reservation): "Basilico" (12:30-5:00 p.m. international cuisine, 7:00-10:00 p.m. Italian cuisine) as well as "Manzoku," which is open from 6:30-10:00 p.m. and offers Asian cuisine. At the "Indigo Bar," coffee, tea, and cake are served daily from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. A midnight snack is available to guests from 11:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. at the Boscage Restaurant.
