Location

Located in the bay of Jabal Al Rosas, separated from the approx. 150 m long sandy beach by a road. It is approximately 45 km to Marsa Alam airport and 20 km to the town of Marsa Alam.

Facilities

The resort features 260 rooms and suites across several buildings. Various pools provide a refreshing dip, including the "Activity Pool", an adult-only pool (heated in winter), a "Relax Pool", a "Splash Pool", and a children's pool. Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are available at the pool.
Amenities include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception, express check-in/out, luggage storage, and a souvenir shop. The buffet restaurant "Hill View" serves international cuisine, and guests can enjoy drinks at the three bars: "Piano Lobby Bar", "Pool Bar", and the "Beach Bar".

Superior Double Room Garden View

The Superior rooms are equipped similarly to the Standard double rooms but are more spacious (approx. 60 m²) and offer garden views. (DSU)

Deluxe Double Room

The Deluxe rooms are equipped similarly to the Standard double rooms but are more spacious (approx. 60 m²), with a balcony/terrace and garden or sea views. (DD2)

The Family Suites (approx. 90 m²) feature two separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, individually controlled air conditioning, minibar, coffee/tea maker, telephone, safe, and a balcony or terrace with garden views. (FSG)

Family rooms consist of two double rooms with a connecting door and offer garden views (DF2).

The dining concept includes an international breakfast buffet from 7:00 am to 10:30 am, lunch from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm, and dinner from 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm at the "Hill View" restaurant. Various snacks such as pizza, pastries, and fruits are available at the various bars from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Selected local non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks are provided from 10:00 am to midnight at one of the three bars (thereafter at an additional cost).

Sports included

Fitness room with various cardio and strength equipment (for ages 16 and up, 9:00 am - 8:00 pm), beach volleyball and football, bocce, billiards, table tennis, and darts.
