Location

Located in Jabal Al Rosas Bay, separated by a road from the approx. 150 m long sandy beach. The distance to Marsa Alam Airport is approx. 45 km and to Marsa Alam city approx. 20 km.

Facilities

The resort features 260 rooms and suites in several buildings. Various pools offer refreshment, including the "Activity Pool", an adults' pool (heated in winter), "Relax Pool", "Splash Pool", and a children's pool. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are available at the pool.
Amenities include a reception area with a 24-hour front desk, express check-in/out, luggage storage, and a souvenir shop. For dining, there is the buffet restaurant "Hill View" offering international cuisine and three bars: "Piano Lobby Bar", "Pool Bar", and "Beach Bar".

Superior Double Room Garden View

The Superior rooms are equipped like the Standard Double Rooms, but are slightly more spacious (approx. 60 sqm) and have a garden view. (DSU)

Deluxe Double Room

The Deluxe rooms are equipped like the Standard Double Rooms, but are slightly more spacious (approx. 60 sqm), with a balcony/terrace and garden or sea view. (DD2)

The Family Suites (approx. 90 sqm) have 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, individually adjustable air conditioning, minibar, coffee/tea maker, telephone, safe, and a balcony or terrace with garden view. (FSG)

The meal plan offers an international breakfast buffet from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM, lunch from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and dinner from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM at the "Hill View" restaurant. Various snacks such as pizza, pastries, and fruit are available at the bars from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Selected local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages are served from 10:00 AM to midnight at one of the three bars (after midnight for an extra charge).

Sports included

Fitness room with various cardio and fitness equipment (ages 16 and up, 9 AM-8 PM), beach volleyball and soccer, boccia, billiards, table tennis, and darts.
